  • @inthewoods23 It's not often you can use that GIF/meme in August, so I say go crazy.  It's my favorite and I'm that obnoxious person who posts it every year.

I can get down with having a Taurus baby. As a fellow earth sign, I can work with that. I was secretly praying not to get pregnant last month because I didn't want two Aries in the house (MH is an Aries, as well).

  • @ttcbabyodo I'm a May baby, but I'm a Gemini.  I was due May 1 though so I feel like I identify with a mix of Taurus and Gemini traits.  I wasn't born until May 23.   And then was still a c-section.  And then my mom's incision got infected.  :#  It's a wonder I'm not an only child.

  • @shamrocandroll I just remembered that Pinecone has a late May birthday!! We don't know his exact birthday, but the breeder believes it was some time around Memorial Day. So while that date always changes we always celebrate it during that weekend.

Chaotic! LOL It's the classic earth sign/fire sign mismatch, but if your rising signs mesh well together, that's a plus. It can be done, it's just not ideal, haha. For instance, MH's rising sign is Capricorn (another earth sign) so that helps. And my Libra rising sign is definitely beneficial for bringing harmony and balance.

  • Wow I missed a lot today! I was trying to lurk but haven't been able to check in much since posting...

@kpearse99 - Ugh I can so relate. He has gotten more cooperative in the past couple months but we've definitely had the "I'm peeing on OPKs and I've temped and I'm logging everything I do all day in my app and reading up on everything and alllll you have to do is give me 6 days a month" conversation. The idea that we have to make it fun and spontaneous too is just toooooo much! Gimme a break dudes. I think women are forced to accept very quickly in this process that sure, some people get KU right away and don't have to do all this tracking and strategizing....but some of us clearly do need to! We have to accept it b/c it's all happening in our bodies but the guys can kind of still live in this fantasy world where it's like, "Oh come on ppl get KU all the time without doing all this!" Anyway....I'm glad he at least apologized and I hope it doesn't put a damper on the rest of the cycle! I hope he spent the day reflecting and is planning on being an A+ team player.
@shamrocandroll - FX you don't have a stomach bug! I hope it passed. Amazing temp rise and good job on your awesome timing!!! Eeks excited to stalk you and your chart in the TWW!
@photographerwife - ugh I've gotten the same comment from SO re: "people have been having babies forever ya know"! A few months ago he all but accused me of basically making up the FW, like it's an old wives tale. (He's better now haha.)
@misshelen86 - that sounds like such a relaxing evening! FX the herbs do the trick! My acupuncturist is supposed to start me on those as well this cycle...
  • @whitealbum29 I think mine is a little better too. Mainly he was just peeved about no beej during fw. But he’ll survive. 😂
