Re: Healthy Habits Check-In w/o 8/12
What healthy habit/s are you working on? As always tracking my food in the WW app. I had a strong week last week, and I want to replicate that this week!
How's everything going? This is the week of the TWW I usually have everything go to crap. I'm trying really hard to keep it together right now!
What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I had a nice loss on the scale at WW, and I had a nice run Sunday morning.
GTKY: Tell us your "go-to" healthy snack! Bonus points for gif usage! It's kind of a WW points splurge but I love nut butter with apples.

What healthy habit/s are you working on? Being more active, drinking more water, sleep more
How's everything going? well so far I’m failing at all of the above. But this week is a new week and I’m going to try and close my rings every day (even though I’ve hardly moved today..)! DH and I are starting an Apple Watch competition tomorrow so that should help!
What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I honestly can’t think of any. I ate fairly well all week until Friday and I shudder to think at the amount of calories I consumed all weekend on top of being inactive (minus tearing up the dance floor with DH!)

I love carrots or celery and hummus!
It's been a while since I've joined in on this thread, I've been in such a funk lately with everything, but I'm back to feeling like my upbeat and perky self so here I am!
What healthy habit/s are you working on? DH and I are doing what I guess what you would call "Lazy Keto" - basically the keto diet but just not as strict. And getting back into my weekly work-outs.
How's everything going? Much better! The Keto part is actually pretty easy, and we've loved all of the recipes so far! I have felt really great from the way we've been eating! I haven't really felt like working out much, but I've made myself a few times last week and I didn't regret it, so I'll be doing the same this week!
What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I was away last week for a work conference but I am so proud of myself for not over indulging. I allowed myself to take it a little easy with the keto life style, but I still made low carb choices and got 2 quick work outs done in my hotel room!
GTKY: Tell us your "go-to" healthy snack! Bonus points for gif usage! A bowl of fresh berries topped with a little bit of....
Okay... I know the whipped cream part isn't the healthiest, but I only do a little bit!
@mvt2003 I'm digging that dancing peanut butter man!! Also, amazing job with the great WW week last week and wanting to do it again this week! Keep it going, girl!

<p><b>What healthy habit/s are you working on? </b> Logging daily, lower carb macros (25/40/35), water, fiber, vitamins.</p><p><b>How's everything going?</b> Fine I guess. The scale has just stalled again after my last nice drop. Trying to keep the faith and stick with it while I wait for the AF hormones and boost to subside... My macros have not been quite as tight as the first week I tweaked them, but it's hard to be that particular day in day out. I cut my daily cheese and almond snack portions to 3/4 oz, and this week I've switched to only half my protein bar. Hoping to have more calories from real foods and not feel like all I eat are bars, shakes, chicken breast and cottage cheese! Lol</p><p><b>What’s a “small win” you have from last week? </b>My weekend was higher carb*, but not totally off the rails, calorie-wise! </p><p><b>GTKY: Tell us your "go-to" healthy snack! What healthy habit/s are you working on? Being more active, getting in more daily steps, less boredom snacking
How's everything going? Pretty good. I've been hiking multiple times a week. Boredom snacking is ALWAYS calling me, so I have to work hard to control that one.
What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I went hiking multiple times (in gorgeous places). I also started back my yoga practice, so that is pretty nice

@flowntheloop I always have to fight off boredom snacking too! Restarting your yoga practice sounds like a fantastic way to help with that too!!
@knottie8b81b905de4ada6b welcome! When you have a moment, please go and introduce yourself in the newbie thread of the week (if we haven't done a new one this week, you can add it to last week's and people will see it!) Once you've done that, please feel free to start joining us in the daily threads! Also, if you'd like to be an active member of the community, it's way easier if you go into The Knot and change your username to something specific rather than Knottie with the long string of letters and numbers that it generates for you. This way we can all easily tag you in responses!
