R/R: Sorry I was MIA yesterday. I volunteered to do a river cleanup and spent the day pulling tires and trash out of the river. The weather was perfect, and we ended with lunch at a brewery. My arms were killing me after 5 hours of paddling my kayak, but they feel okay this morning. My MIL is here now and I'm avoiding getting out of bed. I also went to bed at 9:30 last night, haha.
CS/Q: Still here waiting for O... Temp went up a bit yesterday, but back down today and still no + OPK. Definitely some EWCM the last couple of days though, so FX!

@shamrocandroll your volunteering sounds fun! Kayaking is great but so painful the next day. Good luck with MIL!
Month/Cycle: 12/12

WAYDTGKU: I've been doing OPKs, CM, planning to start BBT again, other things...but I'm actually thinking of taking a break from everything other than my vitamins this month and not tracking or entering anything in Ovia. It could be good to take a little mental health break before we see the doctor in about a month. Although I dunno how I'm going to ignore CM so I suppose I'll have at least a sense of FW...
R/R: Grr SO and I are arguing about dumb things today so far. Later I'm volunteering a bit and then hopefully reading outside so hopefully we'll calm down.
CS/Q: nope!
CD: 1
WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPK, maca, prenatals
R/R: well I go back here now. I expected it, but still a bummer. Just hoping that AF doesn’t kill me while I shoot a wedding tomorrow. I may do a little wine- day drinking today.
CS/Q: nothing to see. I’m going to try temping vaginally this cycle. Do you guys temp while having af?
@whitealbum29 Sorry you find yourself back here again. A break sounds like it might be a good idea for you. I took a break from OPKs in July when we were on our trip and it was nice to feel like a normal person again, instead of obsessing over all this. Nothing wrong with still keeping an eye on CM!
@photographerwife Sorry for AF. Enjoy your day drinking! I had a large margarita on my last CD 1.
Month/Cycle: 12/12

WAYDTGKU: Ava, OPK, Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Fertility testing
R/R: Nothing much planned today, which is nice for a change. Tomorrow we are taking tubes down the river with friends, so that should be fun!

@shamrocandroll Sounds like a good day yesterday. Looks promising for O soon 🤞🏻
@whitealbum29 ugh I’m sorry about the fights. I hope your tracking break is just what you need...
@photographerwife I’m sorry about CD1. I use ovusense but don’t insert it during AF.
@misshelen86 oh have fun tubing! Sounds so relaxing.

R/R: I was also MIA yesterday with my travel. My phone died overnight and my 0445 alarm did not go off so I was super late to the airport- thankfully I just made the flight! Now just enjoying family time for a few days. Thankful to get a break from work- it’s been a while!
@whitealbum29 breaks are always good. It's nice when you don't have to remember to do so many things. Like when you forget to temp and then it's just panic jumping back to bed to pretend you never got out.
@photographerwife ugh, hope AF plays nice while you shoot for the wedding!
@misshelen86 tubing sounds fun! Enjoy!
@rachelg777 glad you made your flight! Missing alarms is so anxiety inducing for me! Phew!

R/R: some friends are coming over tonight who have never been to our house. Apparently this meant a sudden impromptu remodel of our bathroom 😆 but it needs to be done because it's pastel purple and green and just so... Grandma like. We also had to get rid of the mold that grows on the paint. It's possible we have a bigger problem, but for now we've used a mold killing primer so that should help and it allows us to have a fresh coat of paint. Hope that permanently keeps the mold at bay but we'll see. It may be that our fan sucks too. Pics to follow someday!

@bows22 good memory! Yep, I’m out by you! I’ll take this cool weather!
@shamrocandroll ooh, your mil makes me so annoyed! I can’t wait for when you put her in her place! I hope you’re able to put that EWCM to good use. At least you don’t need to worry if you’re getting enough exercise this month?
@whitealbum29 A little mental health break sounds like a good plan. Sorry about the rough patch with SO. I hope you guys make up soon!
@photographerwife sorry about af! I hope your shoot goes well tomorrow! I love seeing weddings, so that seems like a cool gig, but i would bet it’s a long day!
@misshelen86 hooray! I was hoping you’d pick tubing! Have so much fun tomorrow!! Funny you mentioned margaritas. We took a nalgene full of margaritas went we went tubing, and the water kept it pretty cool. You know, if you’re a drink til it’s pink gal, good for thought. 🙃
@rachelg777 wow, glad you made your flight! I’m sure that got your adrenaline going. And then having a dead phone gets me all worked up too! I hope things have settled down!
@inthewoods23 your house is full of colorful bathrooms! But mold is the worst! I hope you can resolve it completely soon! Also, loved your *NSYNC gif! So much yes to that!!

WAYDTGKU: letrozole, dr appointment to monitor egg #, bbt, opk, cm
R/R: I forgot to bring my thermometer this weekend while we’re at my ILs, but I guess if my appointment is Monday, temps for these couple days don’t really matter.
Not too much as far as updates go, mh and I are just really feeling ready to ttc! I think we’re going to totally flip out if we don’t get the ok. Mh has moral opposition to contraceptives at this point, so we’re waiting, and tension is definitely building. Hopefully that’ll make this fw more fun? We’ll see!
CS/Q: nope!
@shamrocandroll Sounds like you had a really productive day with clean up and kayaking.
@whitealbum29 sorry about the arguments. Sounds like the rest of the day should be decent though.
@photographerwife sorry for CD 1. Hopefully AF isn't too bad while you're shooting the wedding. I did temp vaginally during AF.
@misshelen86 sounds like it'll be a really fun day tomorrow!
@rachelg777 glad you made your flight!!
@inthewoods23 FX that the mold is gone.
@begging4abump FX that you get the okay.

R/R: sorry to have been mostly MIA yesterday. I was out and about busy all day with lots of driving around. Nothing really to update today. It was a nice week with a good balance of activity and relaxation which is something I sometimes struggle with. I'm very much enjoying the gorgeous cooler weather today. It's definitely got me excited for fall weather soon!
CS/Q: not yet
Painted the upper third of the room in a decent layer of the primer. Since it's basically pure white we decided we'll just leave it as the ceiling color and not do a coat of regular white paint (the original plan).
The walls that surround the shower are being painted a bright, but deep blue. The wall with the window and the door will be a dark grey. The wall behind the door and where the sink and toilet are (so opposite walls) are getting a coat of the grey before we put on some peel and stick wood planks that are a medium grey tone. 🤞 FX it ends up looking scandanavian.
We've also talked about painting the vanity blue but I think we'll do that at a much later date. It's fine as is though but it might clash a bit with the color of the wood planks on the wall.

@inthewoods23 I love home renovation photos!! Our home also had a bunch of colorful ceilings too. In fact, our powder room had the inside of the door, the walls, and the ceiling turquoise. Were ppl really too lazy to just tape off borders? And I hear you about primer and ceiling paint being comparable. I feel like I’m going a little overboard with all the different whites while I redo my entrance way. Trim white looks the same as primer, which looks the same as ceiling white, it turns out. Anyway, I’m excited to see the finished product!
A transformation that I am really proud of are the built-in cabinets in our living room. They were a dark brown color. I painted them white on the outside and blue on the inside. Now that was a labor of love! I don't have a before picture, but here's the after:
@shamrocandroll cleaning up a river sounds awesome! Especially when you get to go kayaking too.
@whitealbum29 mentle health is very important to look after, taking a break from certain things might help in the long term.
@photographerwife sorry about CD1, hope the wedding goes well for you.
@inthewoods23 great home reno photos! Can't wait to be able to do that sort of thing again someday. Have fun!
@shoogapoff wow, your livingroom cabinets are beautiful!

R/R: Got so much done in my house this week, especially today! Even was able to do lots of baking today. Wanted to post a photo of what I made in the baking thread, but forgot to take one:( I will say I made cream cheese brownies, lemon poppy seed loaf and the bread maker baked me some bread!
CS/Q: Never know what to ask.
@shamrocandroll Kudos to you for the river clean up! I think in-laws just make you extra tired...
@photographerwife I hear you with being in the WTO again. I didn't expect the first cycle trying to be successful but it would have been nice!
@misshelen86 I love river tubing! Hope it was fun!
@gingermama29 I'm loving the cooler weather too! My hair was so unfrizzy yesterday!
@shoogapoff We're painting our cabinets right now. DH and I went back and forth between a high gloss and semi, but settled on the high. We're covering up cabinets from 1969! I say we but it's all DH. I'm sitting on the couch nursing some delightful AF cramps. Love the pic!
@ottergirl81 It all sounds yummy! Our kitchen is all apart right now! I can't bake a thing!

R/R: We leave on vacation Wednesday, so I'm glad (as glad as I can be when TTGP) AF started today. The worst will be over by then!

@jrouge12 sorry about CD 1, but good thing the worst will be over before you leave on your vacation. Enjoy!

WAYDTGKU: Prenatals, working with specialists. I met with a MFM last week to plan what interventions / monitoring I need once I get a BFP.
R/R: We had a really good weekend. Went to a car show, and tag sale this morning, and over to 6 flags (we have season's passes we got through hubby's work for cheap)
CS/Q: Nothing yet, just hanging in there waiting on O.
@shamrocandroll That is so cool, but I bet it was tiring!
@shoogapoff The looks awesome! We did in accent wall in a similar blue. "We" ... I.
@ottergirl81 So that sounds delicious. Also - we have baking thread? ... observation fail.
@gingermama29 Our leaves are already changing! (Vermont)
@inthewoods23 Bathrooms are tough. My parents have that same issue, since they have no windows in it.
@photographerwife I was a pro photographer for seven years. Weddings can be brutal. Hope it went well!
@whitealbum29 Hope things turned around for you, fighting is so hard.
