Hi moms! I was just diagnosed with Placenta Previa at my 20 week ultrasound. While the Dr. did say this could clear on its own before delivery, which would mean I could deliver vaginally, I'm nervous it won't. Also, I forgot to ask if I'd be able to fly at 29 weeks for my prepaid Disney vacation! My next ultrasound isn't for 6 weeks! Anyone have experience with PP?
Hi! Sorry to hear you’re going through this. There is a lot of other posts in the anatomy scan and questions about PP Please look there as we try to not have one off posts to keep the boards from cluttering.
Also so please read the “read first” post and introduce yourself
Geez. So many rules and these discussion boards are confusing. I guess I'll stick with Google. Feel free to delete my post since it's considered 'clutter', I'm unable to do it.

If you read the rules you’d know we can’t delete posts. 🤷🏻♀️
Also the bump isn't meant to be google so you are right better stick with that if you don't want to be part of the community! Like you didn't even intro yourself- who are you?
@MissMaureenO I'm sorry you think the rules are confusing. However, a couple things to remember:
1) There are literally thousands of women giving birth in December all over the world. And if you see our intro thread, you'll notice that we have a couple hundred who have already introduced themselves and joined this group--some more active than others, but there's the potential for every single one of them to post. If people post things pertaining just to themselves in a one-off thread, instead of in the appropriate thread, that'll make things ripe for chaos, and then NO ONE will get their questions answered, because their posts will just keep being pushed down by others who post after them.
2) What you also need to keep in mind is that much of this group has been on here since the very beginning--around weeks 5 and 6, and we've taken the time to get to know each other and support each other through our pregnancies. We're open to new people always, and love it when new people join, but it is a bit off-putting when someone comes in and doesn't even bother to introduce themselves or read the guidelines that are clearly marked or get to know anyone, especially when we're all given three days to scope out the board and see how it's run before being able to actively participate. You had plenty of notice to read the guidelines, to see if other people were talking about your experiences, and to figure out how to go from there--we have a high risk pregnancy thread, a question thread, an anatomy scan thread...all of which cover what you're dealing with.
We're meant to be a supportive group, but we're also trying to be prepared to handle vast quantities of women, all of whom are dealing with a variety of issues--and in order to support everyone, yourself included, we have rules in place to help with that, so that we CAN actually support you. I'm sorry if you think that's something you don't want to be a part of. If it is, and you're willing to give it a shot and learn, welcome. If not, and you're not willing to take the time to learn the rules and guidelines or get to know others, then we wish you all the best in your pregnancy.
@anniemarie887@rjgmcmanus@ktmaesim it took effort and then I see the thread resurrface and and my initial thought was JESUS! I thought we put this to rest! From now on though I'm going to channel my inner @Spartanrd4 with saying the The Bump isn't google and just leave it at that.
@ashorkey i'm trying not to be a raging asshat to randos - but i do think they deserve a little healthy helping of blunt truth. ya'll were very nice. i'm over here thinking did you just skip elementary school where they teach you how to read and follow directions?!?!
