How are you feeling?: Good! RLP has returned this morning. I can feel it on the lower right.
Rants/Raves: Rave....I’ve slept really well the last 2 nights! Woohoo!
Rant: I don’t feel like working. I just want it to be Thursday.

GTKY: What is “your song” with your SO? What is the story behind it? We don’t really have a song! Choosing a first dance was hard because of this. But we danced to Can You Feel the Love Tonight and it was great. Our band did a fabulous job learning it and performing it as a special request.

How are you feeling?: I don't want to jinx myself, but nausea seems to be slooooowly improving. Like compared to week 6 and 7 it's not AS bad, but still there. Hoping this trend continues!
Rants/Raves: still over the moon that we got to see baby wiggle around on ultrasound last week. After a loss earlier this year, I've been guarding my heart and trying not to get too attached. I'm just now beginning to feel like we really are going to have a baby in February, which is such a crazy feeling!
Questions: none at the moment.
GTKY: What is “your song” with your SO? What is the story behind it? We don't really have one? We didn't even have a first dance. I walked down the aisle to Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World" and always think of my husband when I hear it, so I guess that is our song.

Rants/Raves: Rave: We told our families and close friends this week and their reactions (except MIL) have been great! Rant: Found out I have to move my office to a much smaller space in the school, not sure how that will work.

GTKY: What is “your song” with your SO? What is the story behind it? Our first dance was Adele’s version of “To Make You Feel My Love”. I wanted a traditional dance song and also love Billy Joel (who has a version of this) but H wanted something different. He found this version before it was popular (2012) and it was perfect.

How are you feeling?: Starting to feel much better – have had headaches for the past few days but able to eat again.
Rants/Raves: It is hard being at work after being on vacation. DD was not excited to go back to school this morning either.
Rave: We got DD’s big girl bed set up in her room yesterday (we were using it as a guest bed previously) so now the guest bedroom is all ready for us to start working on it this fall! It is currently bright yellow so the first thing to do is paint it. Hopefully we do not paint it grey or blue like every other room in our house 😊

GTKY: What is “your song” with your SO? What is the story behind it? We do not have a song. Our wedding song was “Forever” by Ben Harper but there was no story. We have diametrically opposite tastes in music, except we do both like 90s grunge/alternative.
@ibabyloveb87 I am so jealous that you have been able to sleep! I am unable to sleep every night – yuck. Can you feel the love tonight is one of DD’s favorite songs since she is OBSESSED with the Lion King. We were belting it out yesterday together!
@malloryfrommn I hadn’t heard the rubik’s cube one yet…I feel like these different apps all have different ideas of sizes – like my baby is simultaneously the size of an apricot and a little army guy? Those aren’t even close to the same size! I love What a Wonderful World, that was my Daddy/Daughter dance!

GTKY: What is “your song” with your SO? What is the story behind it? No song. We had a destination wedding, so no big reception with various dances for us.
The rubik's cube is actually right from The Bump! It's crazy how different the range in size can be depending on the app you're using.

Rants/Raves: Today was my first teacher day back to school. We also had open house tonight. I’m so exhausted and sore.

Rants/Raves: huge rave- we got some genetic test results back today and all was good! Never felt more relieved in my entire life. And so happy to hear it’s a boy, but I would’ve been happy either way

We don’t have one but we love all country music
Team: Finding out! Not sure what kind of testing I'm getting tomorrow so not sure if I'll find out gender sooner or later. My insurance doesn't cover it for solely finding out the gender but will if other testing is required. None of it makes sense to me.

How are you feeling?: Better. Still hurling occasionally but I'm less tired. Starting to feel more like myself.
Rants/Raves: Excited for my appt tomorrow. Not excited to spend all day in meetings in a school with no AC. To clarify, we have AC, they just won't turn it on until Back to School Night.
