    @inthewoods23 Keep us posted. Hope it goes well today!!
    It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*

  • @kpearse99 I've done 3 IUI w/Letrozole +Trigger. With mine There was always 1 or 2 monitoring appts mid cycle usually between cd10-12. Then Trigger usually CD 12-13 and IUI CD14-15. I usually have a later O naturally like CD16-20 but on meds I O more around CD14-15. But I know everyone is different a plenty of people still O later on the meds. Good luck with your IUI!

    @bluetickgal I'm so sorry for all your going through right now. But I am glad you are seeing your RE soon and Fx for some answers and a path forward <3

    @kpearse99 Re: drinking - my RE didn't/doesn't want me drinking much (or anything) and only 8oz or less of caffeine per day. But that might be because of my loss history? I used Clomid and Follistim for my IUI's, not Letrozole, but I don't think drinking is a problem as far as medication interactions go.

    @bluetickgal ❤❤
  • @inthewoods23 I think that's the perfect shirt for the day! GL, and report back!

    @bluetickgal lots of ❤️❤️❤️ today.

    @emeraldduchess I'm in MN on vacay! We're hanging out with friends and family. So far it's been great (:

  • @b_1029 @ruby696 @jennifer_louise thanks ladies! Definitely appreciate it!
  • @begging4abump I take 7.5 mg of Letrozole!  I have PCOS and still only produce 1 follicle each cycle.  My nurse actually said that she's surprised that I even respond to that given my hormone levels haha
    The management fee was "resolved" in the way that I agreed to pay it and get a "free" mid-cycle monitoring ultrasound and bloodwork.  That way I'll more comfortably do the trigger shot with this cycle to really give it our all for this last try.  I'm not necessarily happy about it, but I would be even less happy if I had to not do a cycle so I begrudgingly agreed.
  • @begging4abump I am in the Philly area!! I haven't arrived in NOLA yet, as my flight has been delayed 5 hours! ugh!!!  Sounds like you and I are both obsessing and overthinking things that we really have NO control over!! But, on the plus side, I'm only a few days behind you in this cycle so we will pretty much be doing this together! I can't help with the higher dose of Letrozole though, I'm only on 2.5 a day.  Do you take your pills at night?

  • @begging4abump I have done both 2.5mg and 5mg letrozole. I much preferred the 2.5mg both for side effects and for how I responded to them follie size wise. But I didn't find a difference in amount of follies. Fx for your monitoring appt!

  • @kpearse99 oh man, what a delay! Par for the course with Phl, but geez, sorry! And, yep, two peas in a pod with stressing over what’s out of our control. Maybe the stress makes me feel like I’m doing something?? I’m glad I’m not alone tho! Also, yes, I take the pills before bed as recommended. I’m 2/2 with sleeping  through the night, and prior to it, I’d been struggling with waking up a few hours early and not being able to fall back asleep, so I guess that’s a win!
  • @begging4abump thanks for the info! My RE didn't specify what time of day to take it and the instructions say day or night and with or without food but to take it the same time every day.  I guess I'm so nervous that what if I do take it before bed but bed time is slightly different each night, like by an hour or so?  Does that matter?  I'm so stressing over taking a tiny ass little pill! :D

  • @kpearse99 @begging4abump thanks so much, I really appreciate it!! I’ve been on Letrozole 5mg (2.5mg didn’t make me ovulate) and I’ve taken it in the mornings most cycles, but in the evening for a couple...haven’t noticed a difference with side-effects depending on when I take it. Side effects have been minimal for me though, headache near the end of my dose and some hot-flashes while sleeping mostly. I’m pretty OCD and would try to take them at the exact same time every day, but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t matter that much! I’ve not been monitored yet (assuming that will start with the RE), so I have no clue how many or how large of follicles I produce with the 5mg dose.
  • @kpearse99 I have been strict with the timing of the Letrozole and not strict with it and I reacted the same all times... so I would say timing should loosely be the same time.

    @inthewoods23 glad it went well! Hopefully you have a relaxing evening planned tonight.
  • @mokay19 yep it's called the couch and watching Queer Eye! 😃 DH already made an awesome homemade pizza for dinner. I'm so glad I can eat whatever after these surgeries.

  • @inthewoods23 I’m so glad everything went well! Relax and take it easy, for sure! ♥️ Hopefully you’ll be feeling better in the AM!

    i have another letrozole question, although I think I know the answer since most of you had said you barely had any side effects but I took my first 2.5 pill at 9:15 tonight. At 1:30am I woke up with sharp waves of belly pain (in my whole belly not just my uterus) and then I threw up. I don’t know if it’s pill related or something not agreeing with me and it was a fluke I threw up. I didn’t eat much today, to be honest, and the stress of traveling and delays was pretty high, but I didn’t read anywhere that this was a symptom. Hopefully this was a one time deal and I won’t get sick again and I can get some sleep because now I’m wide awake!

  • @kpearse99 hopefully it was just something disagreeing with you and not the letrozole! How do you feel otherwise?
  • @b_1029 the rest of the night went much better after I got whatever it was out of my system. A few more minor stomach cramps after but they went away. I feel much much better. I took my usual culturelle probiotic pill 2 hours after the letrozole I wonder if that could have mixed weird?? I think I’m gonna skip the probiotic tonight and see if it’s any different. Anyway, I’m much better! I hope it was just something disagreeing with me! Thanks 🤗

  • @kpearse99 I've never had a nauseous reaction from the Letrozole so I hope it was just a fluke for you.  Also, I think it's a good idea to skip the probiotic after the Letrozole... or at least give more than 2 hours between them.
  • @bobbyflies2020 @misshelen86 thanks ladies!!

    @kpearse99 I’ve never had a nauseous reaction to Letrozole either. Hope you are still feeling better, and that skipping the probiotic will help!
  • @kpearse99 I agree with @mokay19 to space out when you take the letrozole and probiotic. I know a little while ago I had stomach issues with all the L-Arginine I'm taking and I think helping space things out keeps me from having nausea.
