How are you feeling?: TIred, but fine other than that. No more nausea!
Rants/Raves: I dread telling my MIL that we are expecting again. She was quite nasty about pregnancy 1 & 2, so I'm not looking forward to hearing what she has to say about #3. Although she is very excited for her nephew who is about to have a little boy, so if she's a witch about it again... I will LIVID!

How are you feeling?: The nausea seems to be getting worse but still in the evenings and night. But the fatigue is horrible all day long!
Rants/Raves: I am still such a mix of emotions! PGAL brain is really hard to deal with sometimes. But I am looking forward to my MFM appt

How are you feeling?: I feel okay until after I brush my teeth in the morning. I inevitably gag and spend the rest of the day unable to tolerate the thought of food which leads to a cycle of hunger leading to nausea.

How are you feeling?:getting over being sick but other than that have still having a relatively symptom free first trimester
Rants/Raves: Rants: my boss told her entire family I was pregnant before I had announced to my own family than tried to say it was so that they knew I couldn’t do as much and not to expect so much from me😡 I’m not a snowflake I know my own limits if I couldn’t do something I think I could find a way to handle the situation without risking myself or prematurely announcing and if that was really why she told than why didn’t she ask first I’ve been simmering on this for a while pretending I didn’t know or flat out lieing when it got brought up
Raves: I got the chance to announce this weekend mainly so I could talk to my own family instead of dodging my bosses I had to do it via face time since I was sick but was pleasantly surprised by everyone’s individual reactions:)

Rants/Raves: Baby #9 (on H's side) finally arrived this weekend. So cute! It seems that my pregnancy is super slow in comparison
I also can't wait to announce our pregnancy to H's family in 3 weeks. First, I will be the first one to announce after 10 weeks so it will be a shocker when we tell them I am 13/14 weeks already and also because I know my MIL is putting the blame on me for our troubles TTC. I imagine this will be my face:

How are you feeling?: last 2 days have been the toughest. Threw up for the first time yesterday and trend continued this morning. I think I'm getting a cold. Stuffy nose, sore throat from drainage, and cough.
Rants/Raves: we have tried for 3 years. This is our first and we are over the moon excited. Was a little worried since it is my parents 5th grandchild they might not share our excitement. Was completed humbled and surprised by our families response. Had no idea how much it meant to everyone! We are truly loved and supported. Lots of happy tears when we told family and close friends. Still haven't told my bosses. Just want to get through our appointment this Wednesday.

Upcoming appts: NIPT on 8/7 and ultrasound and 12w appt on 8/20. Going to try and squeeze in 1st tri bloodwork this Saturday.
How are you feeling?: Pretty good. Nausea has been better. Still having major food aversions. As long as I can eat what sounds good, I’m good.
Rants/Raves: just anxious to get through these next few appointments so I feel comfortable announcing. Also, I need to figure out a better pant situation. Time to get the maternity bin out.
Questions: I have a trip coming up that I am flying. Any thoughts on TSA and going through the detectors? The TSA website says they are find and you can opt for a pat down if you rather.

body scanners are considered safe but my OB said it was up to me if I preferred to opt out. I only went through metal detectors but probably would have opted out to be safe.

Meh! I feel less tired most days, but the gross ms seems more consistent. still grateful it's been relatively tame compared to others though.
Rants/Raves:
Rant: I was listening to the other FTM on my team talk to our other team member who has 2 kids about maternity leave...and that stuff sounds complicated! I'm not looking forward to figuring that out.
But that segues into my rave nicely! I'm finally planning on telling HR/my work team next week! DH thought the girls would be upset if I didn't tell them personally and made them wait to find out with the rest of the world haha.

Why can't the US have awesome 1 year maternity leaves???
And do your SOs have paternity leave? DH isn't sure his company offers it but has been waiting until we announce to ask.

Upcoming appts: First official OB apt 8/20 but we did IVF so I’ve already had 2 ultrasounds with my RE 💕
How are you feeling? Tired and emotional! My morning sickness is more like “afternoon sickness” but it has been really mild so far.
Rants/Raves: Seeing our baby’s heartbeat was literally the best moment of our lives. It was such a battle getting pregnant and I have no complaints - just so so thankful. Also getting super excited for our gender reveal 8/25!
