  • EDD/W+D: March 7

Team finding out/pink/blue/green: team finding out!

Baby is the size of a(n): ?

Upcoming appts: Aug 12, midwife check in

How are you feeling?:  Blah.  Fatigue, off and on nausea, just generally not up to par. Emotionally, I feel all over the place.

Rants/Raves: Hubby ranted yesterday about the house not being clean, which, of course, set me crying.  Good lord.  First of all, things may not be up to 'par', because I'm not feeling up to 'par', second of all, if it offends him so much, why doesn't he pitch in and help???    I was upset and crying due to feeling like I somehow failed, now I'm just angry he isn't stepping up to the plate to help. Ugh.

    Questions: None at the moment...

GTKY: What was your favorite subject/class in school? Always loved English - still love reading and writing.

    Team finding out/pink/blue/green: finding out

Baby is the size of a(n): blueberry

Upcoming appts: Friday afternoon! Can’t wait!

How are you feeling?: Sleepy, sore breasts, overly emotional-lots of happy tears

Rants/Raves: not really a rant or a rave, just feeling guilty about not being able to be there for a friend going through some health issues because we don’t live in the same state anymore.

    Questions: none for now

GTKY: What was your favorite subject/class in school? I always really loved school. All of it. But if I had to pick a favorite I would go with science.

    Upcoming appts:  next Thursday!

How are you feeling?:  nauseous all the time and super tired no matter how much sleep I get

Rants/Raves:  work sucks and is super busy right now, part of me wants to tell my boss so I don’t get ‘the look’ when I walk in late.

Questions:  how bad is medium rare steak really?  I am totally craving a really good steak and it’s driving me nuts!

    Team finding out/pink/blue/green: finding out

Baby is the size of a(n): raspberry

Upcoming appts: 8/6, 10 week appointment!

How are you feeling?: some days are better than others. The consistent symptoms are sore breasts (mostly when I’m sleeping and roll over) and headaches. Every now and then I’ll get the urge to gag, but nausea has been at bay so far 🤞🏽

Rants/Raves: Rave! We got to see our little gummy bear on Monday. I’ve been so paranoid because of my minimal symptoms that it was such a relief to see that little heart pounding away. I love him/her so much and I’m feeling especially grateful to God this week for this blessing.

    EDD: Now March 1, 8+6

Team: finding out; everyone around me says it's a boy.

Baby is the size of a peanut.

Upcoming appt: 8/22 (just had my first US on 7/25)

How are you feeling? Had terrible all day nausea for about 4 weeks, and 2 days ago, it just...stopped. Right now, I'm dealing with a nasty cold, but other than that, I feel great!

Rant/Rave: Rave! Got to see our Lil' Bumpy on Thursday and DH and I both cried. I think it finally hit us that this is real and that we're going to have a baby! The heartbeat was so strong they had to turn the volume down on the machine, so we are thrilled!

GTKY: My favorite subjects in school we're always math, art, and orchestra class. I was apparently a strange kid for liking art AND logic.

    Team finding out/pink/blue/green: finding out

Baby is the size of a(n): gummy bear

Upcoming appts: August for 12 week u/s

How are you feeling?: incredibly nauseous, round the clock nonstop.

Rants/Raves: even though I am not throwing up the nausea is debilitating, I am having trouble doing anything without having discomfort. Hiding my pregnancy from work feeling this way has been tough.

Questions: how do you enjoy pregnancy when you you feel terrible all the time?

GTKY: What was your favorite subject/class in school? Science/Math
