Just a reminder, this thread is for everyone, not just those who work out regularly. This is a place to get ideas how to keep active, get help with nutrition, or just venting about how you couldn’t get off the couch this week.

  • How are you feeling this week? Tired, but other than that, better than previous weeks 

    How was your nutrition been this past week? Also better! I finally feel like I have my appetite back and can eat normal stuff again. I haven’t been snacking on crackers and other simple carbs either (as much lol) Plus, I eliminated my bagel from my morning snack. Any good meal or snack ideas to share?

    Any goals for next week?
    To get exercise 5 days a week like I was finally able to do this week. Also to try to re-increase how far I can run without over doing it. 

    I hope everyone else had a better week too! If not, then soon!!

  • Feeling so much better! I feel like a fog has lifted and I’ve been able to exercise a lot more.

     Nutrition had been fine. My mom made cookies and left them at my house so that’s happening.

     Keep up the good exercise habits is next week’s goal!
  • How are you feeling this week? Tired but able to eat more food. Nausea has gone away for the most part.

    How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share? Better! I’ve been able to increase my veggie intake. I’m incorporating more salads into dinners again. Cherries have been a favorite of mine the past couple of weeks so I’ve been eating them for snacks. 

    Any goals for next week? I’d like to get some almonds to keep in my bag so I can snack on them throughout the day. I’d also like to get outside more and walk since it’s no longer 100+ degrees outside.

  • How are you feeling this week? Well no IV fluids this week so I'm going with better. I'm still getting bouts of severe nausea and vomiting though and I feel thirsty all the time so I'm really trying to find my healthy activity limits.

    How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share? Ok.... But we went out to eat a couple of times and went to a candy shop so probably more sweets than I should have. I like frozen blueberries as a snack. Low cal but taste good and sometimes helps my nausea.

    Any goals for next week? Just keep improving. Would love to get out on a walk every day like I used to!
  • @kbrown2385 Cheerios! Those are so great! I havent had them in ages and they would make a perfect snack!
  • How are you feeling this week? Off kilter. It’s just been a dumpster fire of a week.

    How was your nutrition been this past week? Any good meal or snack ideas to share? Pretty average. Lots of fresh fruit, I’ve been trying to do better about eating enough protein. Still obsessed with Greek yogurt and granola for breakfast 

    Any goals for next week? At least walking every day. I’m hoping to run but the heat makes that hard
