I’m on vacation so I’m hoping to stay on track as best I can. My mom is with us and she just went back to WW too and she doesn’t want to fall off either so we are trying to keep each other accountable
Another gain for me this week. Only .4 and I was expecting it. I always have a smaller than normal loss during ovulation week for some odd reason and yestersay I was crampy and bloated. Next week should be a good one!
@splashmountain I wonder if that’s what happened with me last week. I O’d and felt bloated by weekend. I’ve been doing fairly decent this week on vacay but I have had wine and ice cream once. But I did work out yesterday and will one more time so I’m hoping it’s not too bad
@Mack2342 I've noticed that o week I always have a smaller loss and yesterday i was suuuuper bloated and was having some serious right sided ovulation pains. Great job working out and staying on plan during your vacation! That's one amazing accomplishment!
I’m at the end of my vacation and went this morning to weigh in and I’m down 2.6!!!!! I’m so excited!!! I can’t believe I did that well while on vacation

Okay, I'm back to my pre 4th of July weight! I feel so motivated since I was able to bounce back and get rid of those three pounds. Beer is not my friend. 😬
Great work with all the weight loss success ladies! And on some vacations to boot! For me, I just need to get back in the gym. Want 10 more lbs. gone by the end of August. I wanna look nice at a friend's wedding and maybe it'll help me get KU.
You guys. I'm down 17.8 lbs as of this morning, despite of the beer and pizza I had for dinner last night! I still have 10lbs to go (14, technically, but I'm not sure how realistic my goal weight is). I'm so proud of myself!
Me too @splashmountain. Well, .8, actually. @ottergirl81 I haven't gone to the gym in weeks. I keep telling myself it's be I'm doing yoga at home, but I don't think that excuse is going to fly for much longer
