What healthy habit/s are you working on? I absolutely NEED to track my food today!! WW has been a struggle for me lately, but I know I need to stay the course, otherwise I'll gain all 75 lbs back AGAIN. Not happening!
How's everything going? I'm kind of on the struggle bus, but not giving up. This is the week of my TWW I generally say "eff it" and eat. I'm committing to not doing that this week. I meal planned on Saturday for the week. I'm hoping I can keep myself off the ledge!
What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I went to my WW meeting even though I knew full well I was going to gain.
GTKY: I would say my random superpower would be that I can identify an unmarked cop car from a mile away. My grandfather was a lieutenant, and at several points he had unmarked cars, and for some reason every time I see one I just somehow know. My most memorable example is NYE 2004 when we were (cough) a bit younger than 21 and some of my gfs were having some outdoor cocktails at our city's event. I saw a minivan, my senses went off, and I moved everyone away JUST as a uniformed officer got out!
