Ello ladies! I am a FTM, I am 28 turning 29 this year and meh hubby is 37 turning 38, and my due date is Feb 21st. We have been trying to concieve for 5 years, thought that it was never going to happen. I am autoimmune, and we realized that there were foods that were preventing me to able to concieve. So we changed meh diet last year with help from our family dietician, (my husbands mom) We both cried happy tears when it finally did happen. And now I can eat foods I was not able to eat before! Being pregnant is absolutely incredible.
Hi everyone! I'm 32. This is my second pregnancy, but first child (missed miscarriage in March 2019). I'm finally ready to join some online communities after seeing a heartbeat yesterday. My husband and I have been together 9 1/2 years and got married in October 2017. We're excited and eager to become parents!
Hello everyone! My husband and I found out that we are expecting our first baby on our 1 year wedding anniversary! I am due February 9, 2020. We currently live in Pittsburgh, but are originally from the Erie area. Our current babies are our four cats who don't seem too excited about having to share their love and attention with the new addition. We are beyond excited for this new little blessing! 💕
Hi all! FTM in IL my DH and I have been married for two years and got a BFP after our first month of TTC. We got to see our little heart flutter today at an early US appointment. Made everything so real and put me at ease! Our EDD is 2/22/20. We have two fur babies and can’t wait for our newest edition!
Hi! I am Mel. I am due with baby #3 around 2/15. I got my bfp two days after my 41st birthday. We were shocked. We had tried for 2 years for baby #3 but stopped last summer.
We live in SE PA. I am a middle school reading specialist. My daughter is 6 and my son is almost 4. I am still friendly with moms from my March 13 and A15 groups.
Hi everyone! I'm 34 and a first time mom (FTM right? still learning the acronyms!). We are due 2/18/20 and I'm 7 weeks, 1 day today. I've been reading the message boards for a few weeks but I've been a little nervous to post. This is our 2nd pregnancy - we miscarried in January 2019 and we've been so nervous hoping this one will stick! Luckily, we've had 2 really positive ultrasounds, one at 5 1/2 weeks and one 6 1/2 weeks and we saw a strong heartbeat and growing baby! So we're optimistic but having trouble shaking off the nerves. We have another ultrasound on July 10th when I'll be 8 wks 1 day so hopefully we'll feel better then. I'm looking forward to going on this journey with all of you! Good luck to everyone!
Hi everyone! TTM here! I am just about 6 weeks (I think) and EDD of February 27th. We have a 3.5 yo boy and 17 month old little girl! We are so excited to bring another little on every into our family!!
Hi everyone! I’m 31 and this will be my 5th pregnancy but second baby. Due date is around 2/17. This pregnancy was a surprise considering DD is only 8 months old. SO and I have been married 3 years and are currently in the process of selling our home in AZ and moving to Iowa for his job. We have three fur babies that keep us busy and entertained. I’m nervous but very excited for this pregnancy.
Hey everyone!!! My name is Allē I will be 30 in August. My husband is 32. We just celebrated my son’s 1st birthday and just found out yesterday that we are pregnant again!!! I think due date will be around 2/27 but I don’t like due dates any way. So shocking and exciting and so nervous. We have a pit mix named Boba. We live in Detroit, MI (well in the burbs, I have no street cred). Any other moms with 2 under 2!?!?!?
Hi everyone from Canada! I’m 28, got married last September and this is my first pregnancy. My calculations had me at 7w1d today but after I started bleeding and cramping last night, we got an ultrasound today and I’m measuring 6w4d with a 130 heartbeat. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic bleed so we’ll just be keeping a closer eye on things now. We thought we lost baby last night and it was incredibly heavy. Feeling relieved, grateful and really tired now! Due around Feb 23 now. Good luck to everyone!
Hi all. I'm 36, and this is my first pregnancy. (Where my other AMA moms at?) Been married 5 years, together 10, and it just hit us in March that we wanted to have kids. I also have had MS for 11 years, so had to taper off meds for 2 months before we started trying. And I was super in my own head about starting too late, that it would be difficult to conceive, but it looks like we got lucky the first month of trying. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's journeys! EDD 2/17
Hello. I'm 42 and pregnant with what has the potential to become kid #1. My partner and I have been together for 19 years (married 13). We started reconsidering the kid question 2-3 years ago and decided this spring to stop birth control and allow for the possibility of conceiving. It didn't take long. Estimated due date is February 17. So far I feel quite tired and have had some unusual nasal congestion. I read that some people have experienced a cure to their aversion to cilantro after pregnancy. I'm going for that one! Cilantro has always tasted to me like it shouldn't be edible (tastes like a chemical). I'd love to be able to taste what cilantro lovers taste when they eat it We live in Ireland, though are originally from the US.
Hello mamas! I’m surprise pregnant with my third! I’m 36, and I have a five year old who will be six in November and an 18 month old, both girls. We live in Central MA and also have two cats. We had a very hard time getting pregnant with our toddler, so I was pretty sure a spontaneous third baby was off the table, but here we go!! I think my EDD is toward the end of February, but I’m not even super sure about that bc #surprisethirdbaby. Our ultrasound isn’t for a couple more weeks, so hopefully we’ll get a better idea then. Now that we’re over the shock, we’re super excited to be adding another monkey to our circus! Time to find a minivan...
@zehcnasella My boys are a little under 18 months apart. They are 6 & 7 now. It was very hard at first, when they were both babies, but it's great now. They are best friends.
My kids are 7 and 9, and are exactly 18 months apart. My daughter is 9, son 7. They argue and fight all the time. Occasionally they have moments of quiet playtime where they get along great and have secret code words, but rarely. Glad to see someone else with about the same age gap between second child and upcoming baby. Everyone else seems to have them so close. This one was planned we just waited a long time because I thought I was satisfied with just two. Unfortunately everyones first response is "was it planned?"
Hey ladies! I'm 31 and expecting baby #5! That's right! This little one was a little unexpected but will not be loved any less! We also have two doberman pups and are from Canada. My calculated due date is Feb 19th, and ultrasound this week will confirm. Due to work we are not close to any family members and its hard to not be around them during this journey. Happy to be a part of this group
Hello! I am 30 and live in Utah, originally from Los Angeles. I have a toddler that we made through IVF, but this baby was a total surprise! Due date 02-22. We also have a dog. I like to hike and camp . Super happy to be here!
@robynlynn2000 Mine will be 7 & 8 at this baby's birth. We haven't told anyone yet, but I'm sure there will be a lot of shock and interesting comments!
@jennv0701 & @robynlynn2000 I’m glad to see some others with this age difference. This is my first, but my stepson is 7, so we’ll have that age gap. I always imagined I’d have kids like my brother and I - two kids, a couple years apart, and they’d be built in playmates... but life doesn’t fit to our plans 😂
Oh yeah, and now everyone says because of the gap we have to have one more because of this or "hopefully you have twins!" Im like "no, only asking for one this time."
Hi Ladies! I am a FTM and couldn’t be more excited and nervous at the same time. My EDD is February 19. I am 26 and my spouse is 38. We live in beautiful Colorado. I work full time as a payroll processor and will be a full time college student in the Fall (Go RAMS), my spouse is a DJ and music producer so we both stay pretty busy. We have an adorable pitbull puppy named Luna. He has 3 kids from previous relationships so he isn’t new to all of this but I sure am! I have Type 1 Diabetes and am trying so hard to do everything I can to have a healthy pregnancy so any tips you ladies may have would be greatly appreciated. Can’t wait to talk with and get to know some of you amazing mommies! ♥️
Hi all! I am a FTM (so weird to say) and I am 27 years old. I live in Pittsburgh, PA with my 27 year old husband. We are newlyweds and this is our second pregnancy. I had a miscarriage back in April and we easily got pregnant again with this little bean in the beginning of June! We are due “February 23, 2020”. I cannot express how blessed and excited we are. Both of us are anxious due to our past loss but we are trying to stay positive. We lean on our best friends who are new parents for clarity and advice through this journey. Does anyone else have a similar story? How do you stay positive and not think about what could happen again? My first doctors appointment is 7/19! I’m also a teacher and having this Summer off has been so relaxing and being able to focus on myself and health has been beneficial. I’m so thankful to be apart of this community. It has helped me tremendously to know that I’m not alone in all of this! ♥️♥️♥️
Hello Everyone! I am soon to be 31 and from Connecticut. Bringing up the rear with a EDD of 2/27. This is baby #2, my daughter just turned 2. DH and I have been married for almost 7 years. We are in the process of moving and close on our new house on Monday. Excited to be part of this board.
Hi ladies! Tentatively and nervously posting here after leaving the TTTC board. EDD is 2/20. Husband and I are holding our breath and hoping for the best. We have a chocolate lab that we love and this will be our first hopefully. Cheers to everyone!
Hi everyone! My name is Nicole, first time mama here! I'm 26 years old and my EDD is February 27th, 2019. Kind of excited to have a leap year baby if it's just a little late! I am happily married to my husband, Sam. We've been together for over 4 years and married since February 2018. In our house we've got our pet babies, Luna the hound dog, Kiddo the black cat, and Pyramus the corn snake. I'm a Special Education teacher and am so thankful this first trimester is during the summer break. I'm excited to get to know some of you and see where this journey of motherhood takes us!
Hello everyone. My name is Grace. I’m 18. Yes I’m young and yes this baby was planned. My husband and I are currently at JBLM and I would not recommend having a baby there but this is gonna be my first and I’m about 7+3w. Super excited.
Hi everyone. I’m 7w2d pregnant with baby #3. My husband and I have 2 boys, 5 and 3. This baby is the result of 3 rounds of IVF. I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks last fall so I’ve been hesitant to jump in this time around. Saw and heard the heartbeat last week though so that makes me feel a little better. We did PGS with the embryo so we already know that this little one is a girl. I guess that’s about it. Happy to be here
Hi everyone! I'm 28 year old californian and a first time mom. My hubby and I have been married for three years and are so excited to hear we are pregnant. I have PCOS and we have been trying for over a year and were successful after changing doctors. Baby is due February 28th (maybe a leap year baby).
Hello, I am expecting for the first time and am excited as well as terrified 😄. I am married to a husband and we have several fur babies which include a dog and several kitties. Looking forward to learning a lot here!
