Re: TWW Tuesday 7/9
Month/Cycle: 8/8
CD/DPO: 25/12
Timing: EOD
Typical LP length: 12
Testing: BFN today.
R/R: I guess holding on to a shred of hope that I’m off on O day? Ugh
CS/Q: looking forward to having a full cycle of temping
Month/Cycle: 21/22
CD/DPO: 16/ idk
Timing: good?
Typical LP length: 14-15
Testing: maybe one day
R/R: rave- I made it to the gym! Rant- I didn’t sleep well last night once again and am struggling. Does anyone else feel like they don’t sleep during the TWW? Idk if it’s anxiety or hormones or a combination of both
CS/Q: apparently I’m never going to get CH. of course now I’m anxious about it
@b_1029 Ugh, that's annoying. Maybe not enough temps pre-rise for FF to see them as a trend? Also, my rant is related to sleep as well, so... STAY TUNED! Hahaha

R/R: I woke up at 4am this morning and realized the AC was running with all the windows open (it cooled off enough last night that I opened them all up and then forgot to turn off the AC) 🤦♀️. So I jumped out of bed to turn it off, and then could not fall back to sleep. So, no temp today, womp womp. I forgot my laptop at work, and was supposed to be working from home so I could be here for the contractor fixing our bay window, so since I was still wide awake at 4:30 and not walking until 5:30, I decided to just go and pick up my laptop. So, I was in the office before 5am this morning. I ended up coming back from my walk this morning and going back to bed for a little while because I couldn't stop yawning. I dozed for maybe another half hour and had really bizarre dreams. At least I'm home today and have a bottomless supply of coffee. Zzzzz....
CS/Q: No temp today, so same chart as yesterday.

Month/Cycle: 6/3/1 AL
CD/DPO: 29/ I thought 14, but now I dont know
Timing: I thought great
Typical LP length: 12....
Testing: lots of BFNs, so no more testing unless another week goes by
R/R: After today, I will be half done with my work week!! I like my new office and location in town WAY more so I'm super happy our move. It's slightly louder here, but oh well. Just have to wear headphones more I guess.
As far as my cycle, I only used OPKs to pinpoint O and my LP is 12 days 95% of the time... so I'm thinking I got a false surge or something? I dont know. Plus, I didnt even track our HIO after O. So I guess now I'm going to be surprised by AF... I think I'm giving it one more cycle (because I will be on vacation next week) and then will start temping again.

@shamrocandroll @puppylove8910 Hopefully your pee party is more- successful than this one seems to have been!
@bows22 @millpe Sorry for the BFNs.
@b_1029 Yay for going to the gym! That's not a small feat.
Month/Cycle: 6
CD/DPO: 24/12 or 14
Timing: really good
Typical LP length: 14
Testing: Decided not to test today. My temp plunged this morning and I'm getting crampy. Now just WFAF.
R/R: Just 2 days until our RE appointment. They said it's okay for my appt to be on CD1, which it probably will be. That seems icky, but can't really control AF.
CS/Q: I'll spare you a screenshot of the nosedive my temperature took today.
@bows22 So sorry about the BFN!!!
@b_1029 Awesome job getting to the gym!!!!
@shamrocandroll Your morning sounds intense!!! You deserve allllll the coffee today! I always have really weird dreams if I go back to sleep in the morning too!
@millpe I'm so sorry for the lack of O clarity, I feel your pain this month. It's got to be the retrograde, right?! Aghhh!
Month/Cycle: 10/10
CD/DPO: 17/2?
Timing: -3, -1, 0
Typical LP length: 12-14
Testing: Nope
R/R: I'm anxious as all get out that I still have no FF CHs, and my temps are awful. I fell asleep with the thermometer in my mouth this morning, so I re-temped but it was still the same. Already feeling like this is not the month. Telling myself that it's all ok, and really I didn't want this to be the month anyway. Going to breathe deeply, have some water, and get my day going.

@millpe ugh I’m sorry you are kind of in limbo. I still hope AF comes soon so the worst of it is out of the way before vaca.
@millpe Sorry for the BFN! I wish I could help look at your chart--did you not track anything after you thought you O'd or just temps?
@shamrocandroll I'm glad you get to work from home, and I think it's kind of funny that you drove to get your laptop from work soooo early! Yay for bottomless coffee--can you also.... take a nap?
@bows22 Sorry for the BFN!
@b_1029 I also think I sleep worse during TWW! Or--whenever I am anxious about temping, which isn't always. I feel like I have gotten into the swing of things, but sometimes I am afraid I won't wake up and temp and will wake up well before the time I am supposed to and not be able to go back to sleep--like last night. Anyway, your cycle is CLEARLY trending up? FF is so weird sometimes.
Month/Cycle: 10/5AL
CD/DPO: 25/10
Timing: Pretty good.
Typical LP length: ~16 days
Testing: NOTE: I am testing tomorrow, but I have "Dissertation Boot Camp," a thing my school is putting on that I got into, SO I don't know when I will have a chance to update yall EITHER WAY bc I likely won't wake up with enough time to pee/get ready AND visit TB & one of the points of boot camp is... NOT to engage in the habits that normally distract you from writing & just write, so I'll (truly) either way, not be able to post until our first long break, if that! Haha, so I'll know the results, but IDK when I'll get to tell yall the results. I will TRY not to keep you hanging too long.
R/R: I am now somehow involved in a FB argument over whether the USWNT should be paid as much(/more!) than the other soccer team in the US & I'm pissed bc people (boomers) on the status are still just... talking out their a$$ & saying all this (perhaps unintentional bc patriarchy is Built-In to so many of our reactions but nonetheless) misogynistic $hit--which I CALLED THEM OUT ON, which I hate doing. But we were bringing the facts and they were still yapping on about How Capitalism Works & I was like yeah yall are just misogynistic and bad at arguing. It is 8:50am & I am FIRED. UP. My rave is I held out--almost decided to test today, but somehow managed to convince myself to pee that opportunity away & wait for tomorrow.
CS/Q: Holding Rock Steady.
HaHA, that was a funny joke, I am soooo funny.... see real chart below.
@mvt2003 sorry about no CH. maybe FF is just being weird for you like @b_1029

@mvt2003 Sorry about how your chart has you feeling this month. FF is so weird sometimes, though. I think that it has changed from what it used to be (based on what ppl who have been using it for a long time have said) and now is less likely to predict something sooner rather than later. I guess it thinks it's better that way & doesn't realize we're like umm, no over here. Anyway, hugs.
@b_1029 Sorry you're not sleeping well. I find it's harder to get in a good workout during the TWW, which definitely affects my sleep. Maybe that's part of the problem?
@shamrocandroll Oh no, missing a temp during the TWW is the worst! I'm glad you got a nap in and enjoy you're coffee (and sweet Winnie 😊).
@millpe Sorry for the BFN's. Hopefully you're just early.
@shoogapoff Good luck at your RE appt! Is this your first appt? I was really conflicted about going to an RE, but felt so much better after that first appt.
@mvt2003 Sorry you're having a hard time this cycle. I totally get telling yourself this isn't the cycle you wanted anyway. Whatever it takes to stay sane.
Well, since DH forgot we were benched this cycle, I go here now 😂
Month/Cycle: 20/so many...
CD/DPO: 2dpo
Timing: A+
Typical LP length: 10-12 days
Testing: Not anytime soon.
R/R: I have to go to the DMV today to switch license plates at 12:30. I have an appt with my OB for an IVF referral at 2:45 and I am not missing that for the DMV. So I'm going to be really bitter if I waste 2 hours at the DMV waiting for my appointment and then leaving before my number is called to get to my OB appt. You'd think I have plenty of time, but it's the DMV, so we'll see.
CS/Q: Nothing to see yet.

@bows22 Hahha, don't worry, as soon as I can I will let yall know. I just don't know when that will be. Maybe sooner than I am anticipating (hopefully not later agh!) I did the boot camp last year and know we get SOME time for ourselves & I'll prioritize that time to give yall an update.

@shamrocandroll: yay for getting stuff fixed!
@millpe: That is super frustrating, but your OPK and CF really does look pretty good for the CH'ed O date!
@ruby696: Ugh....the DMV. The. Worst. Sorry. But hope the RE apt goes great!
@shoogapoff: So sorry for the death drop. Womp, womp.
Month/Cycle: 11/10
CD/DPO: 27/9
Timing: quality over quantity?
Typical LP length: 14 days
Testing: really not hopeful, so easier to put it off.
R/R: I feel like I haven't recovered from a busy weekend, and am struggling to make it through the day! BUT - of course - at 10pm last night, my mind is wide awake and I'm watching SVU reruns. Ugh.
CS/Q: Temp back above coverline today (barely). I've been playing with my chart, and if I take out the CF reading on CD17, it takes away my crosshairs. It will give them back if I then delete all my OPKs around that time period. The CF reading is accurate on that Saturday, but I'm hoping I didn't over-analyze it and screw up my whole chart.

I slept horribly too @b_1029. I have a huge muscle knot in between my shoulder blades which made it so difficult to get comfortable. What if you switched your setting to FAM? Would FF give you CHs then?
I am sorry for your BFN and O confusion @millpe! Sometimes we need a nice break from temping & charting to regain our sanity, but then I always find I'm questioning everything when I don't temp. LOL! We can't win!
@shoogapoff I'm sorry you feel AF is on the way, but I am really excited for your RE appointment in two days!
Welcome to the TWW @mvt2003. I'm sorry you're already feeling this cycle is a bust.
WOW! YOUR CHART!!! @kagesstarshroom Looks so good! I'll be on pins & needles awaiting your update, but thank you for telling us it may take some time before you can let us know!
@ruby696 It's so nice to see you here! Very excited to hear more about your IVF consult.
@lcking82 yes, definitely quality over quantity.

@shamrocandroll Mercury Retrograde gets a bad rep--it's definitely not the best for tech stuff, but I think it's more like unexpected breaking downs of things--if a thing is already broken (the fridge), you should be fine I hope! I read some where iMR is good for revising and working on stuff that’s already been started rather than starting new things--so the fridge is ALREADY broken... and my astrologist friend says that it should be good for me to be working on my dissertation during this time, since it's already started, so I am glad I chose boot camp this month (instead of June/August.)
@lcking82 SO MUCH O confusion in this thread! Can I backtrack on what I was saying above and blame Mercury Retrograde? I think I might just do that. I feel like your O is accurate, if that helps? That one random person on the internet thinks it is? But truly. Have you looked at the "Charts Like Mine" feature & maybe checked something like "post-O temps" and "pre-O temps" alone? That might give you some solace?
@puppylove8910 ^_~* I am hoping I have something to be excited about tomorrow, but considering how good charts do not always mean good results, I am **trying** not to get my hopes up too much. It's harddd though haha.

@lcking82 Never watch SVU at bedtime - it's addicting! FX your temps go back up in the next day or so.

@shamrocandroll ughhh I hate nights/mornings like that - Hope you enjoy ALL the coffee today!
@millpe so sorry for the BFN and no AF
@shoogapoff sorry for the temp drop and cramps is this just your initial consult at the RE? If so, I doubt they'll need to "check you out" so hopefully it'll be fine on CD1.
@mvt2003 I'm with ya on the CH drama! hopefully we both get them soon! I'm sorry you're feeling out.
@kagesstarshroom good to know I'm not the only one! Can't wait to hear your results tomorrow, your chart looks so good! Hope the boot camp goes well tomorrow!
@ruby696 yuck - I hope it doesn't take too long so you can get to your OB on time! You never know with the DMV haha.
@lcking82 lol, they say it only takes 1 time, right? I had the same thing yesterday, was pretty much falling asleep in my chair at work and then as soon as I laid down to go to bed...BAM wide awake. So annoying, but at least SVU is amazing?
@puppylove8910 ouuch, how'd you get that knot? Sounds painful. I tried switching to FAM and it gives me CH on CD 11 so I really hope that's wrong since most of our BD happened between 11-14 hah.
@puppylove8910 @lcking82 @kagesstarshroom @bows22 Thanks for the consoling.
@ruby696 Yes, first RE appt. I've been dreading it, but honestly now I just want answers so I'm looking forward to that.

@shoogapoff hey, I had my first re appointment on cd1 with the vaginal us. (I didn’t expect an ultrasound going into the appointment, so I hadn’t thought anything of being on cd1.) My dr remarked that it was perfect timing, but I totally felt weird about it. Ehh, I guess if the doctors don’t mind, it’s fine. I hope yours goes well!
@lcking82 if you take away the CF on CD17 and also discard yesterday’s fan temp, do you keep your CH even with the - OPKs?
