  • It was a week of vacation so other than walking around a fair amount and kayaking in the bay yesterday, it’s been a decidedly relaxed (and yummy seafood-packed) week. We drive to Boston today, so after 4 hours in the car I look forward to a lot of walking around, at least.  Back to the gym on Sunday!

    I struggled a lot this week. I started out on track, but didn’t do as many workouts as I had hoped/planned. It’s also been a very busy week too, so hoping that next week I can stick to my “routine”! Luckily my job is very active, so if nothing else, I get a lot of walking and movement in at work. I get home and just feel tired and/or sick. 
  • I actually improved this week. The issue is that I have to remember not to do too much when I feel good because the whole next day is ruined if I do too much. But I got several walks in and went for a swim in the pool this week. I'm always so surprised at how quickly I get out of breath...
  • @biolprof The quickly getting out of breath part completely took me by surprise! I can’t believe how immediate it occurred after becoming pregnant!
  • Pretty good week here! I was sick for much of it but did a Zumba night and a 3-mile jog once I felt better.
  • I did a lot better this week! I’ve gotten out for a walk every day except yesterday...because two toddlers and no double stroller sounded like a catastrophe 😂
    Next week I’m going to make it my goal to actually run a couple times
