5.5 Weeks pregnant and little brown discharge

Good morning. I was hoping for some advice. Thank you in advance. 

I am 5.5 weeks pregnant and am having very light brown spotting. I had a transvaginal ultrasound Friday and am now having back cramping and light brown discharge. on Friday the nurse saw the gestational sac and yolk sac but no baby. All my pregnancy symptoms are gon . I'm feeling very anxious and afraid. Has anyone experienced this or understand what's going on? I feel like I'm miscarrying. I had an ectopic in November of 2018.

    I would call your doctor. Light spotting could be nothing to worry about but it could also be something more serious. Your doctor’s office will know best and can guide you in your next steps. Good luck <3

    I would call also.  It’s also completely normal to not see anything more than a sac and yolk sac at 5w5d.  I have a healthy four year old that we saw nothing at 5w5d and five days later he was right there measuring exactly to my dates with a strong hb. Good luck!
