    Monday: beef stroganoff (the cheater velveeta skillet kind)
    Tuesday: instant pot rotisserie chicken w zucchini
    Wednesday: chicken enchiladas 
    Thursday: Papa Murphy’s pizza (if I make it out of town)
    Friday: leftovers 

    MH gets his wisdom teeth out on Thursday so we will be eating soft things all weekend lol

    We are having some construction done on the house (like ripping walls down) and its dusty AF. We are eating out this week or grilling.

    Ugh, no clue. 

    Tonight we're doing taco meat, and I'm planning on doing nachos with mine.

    Maybe cheesy eggs, hashbrown casserole and bacon tomorrow night.

    Tonight: parmesan crusted pork chops and corn on the cob 
    Tues: fish tacos w/coleslaw 
    Weds: chicken wraps and veggie fried rice
    Thurs: stuffed peppers
    Fri: takeout night
    Sat: grill out steaks/hot dogs (bc toddler) and garlic potatoes

    Tonight: leftover chicken, broccoli, riced cauliflower casserole
    Tuesday-Friday: smoked pork and roasted carrots or smoked pork on salad

    We repeat the same meals with a different side all week

    Monday - BLTs & chips
    Tuesday - buffalo chicken chili mac
    Wednesday - DH & DS are having chicken wings & tator tots, I’m going out with friends 
    Thursday - Taco salad
    Friday - burgers & corn on the cob

    Monday:  French Cheeseburger Loaf with broccoli
    Tuesday:  Chicken Pizzas with salad
    Wednesday:  Shredded Beef Tacos with corn
    Thursday:  Brats with grilled carrots and chips
    Friday:  TBD, probably pizza if the in-laws don't get in until late, grill if they're here in time for dinner

    Any other vegans here? LOL 
    Meal planning is tough because NOTHING seems appetizing.  I could eat noodles and veggie sushi everyday though.
