I am looking for a book for a friend who is having trouble conceiving and is really down on herself about it. ?Her and her husband have not started any treatments but have been trying for almost a year now. ?Any suggestions on a book I could get her either related to TTC or just to help bring her spirits up a little?

From what I hear, Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a good start.

Has she read Taking Charge of Your Fertility (TCOYF)? It is really interesting and would give her more info on when to try to conceive and how to interpret her body.
