Hi, so I'm 33 and in the middle of my 2nd miscarriage in the last 4 months.
Little background is I've been dealing with Secondary IF for the last 3+ years. I do have a 5 yr old son who was conceived naturally. I do have PCOS but other than that no explanation for infertility has been found. After over a year of trying and all the testing showed nothing, started doing medicated IUI. It failed and then things kind of went really bad. My H left us suddenly. I took a break and started trying as a single mom late last year. Medicated IUI w/donor sperm. I finally got my bfp in January but even after seeing/hearing the HB(albeit it was low) at 6wks I had a MMC at 7w6d and opted to miscarry medically with Misoprostol at home. Started trying again in March and got another bfp in May. This time everything seemed perfect. Perfect hcg numbers and doubling, perfect HB and growth at 6wks, another MMC discovered at 8w4d. Almost exactly the same time. Both times it seems the baby stopped growing somewhere around 7 weeks.
This time I opted for D&C, had it done last Friday. And my RE sent the tissue off for testing. He thinks it's possible that they were just both chromosomal issues and really bad luck on my part. He is suggesting after we get the testing back to pursue IVF w/PGS testing. But I have a follow up scheduled with him in a few weeks to go over everything and discuss the options.
I'm just really struggling. Going through infertility was hard enough. Never seeing a positive test. And now that I'm actually getting pregnant I keep losing my babies. And if that wasn't hard enough I'm dealing with some very unsupportive family members. I know I am not ready to give up. But sometimes it just feels so hard to keep going.

Incomplete M/C Repeat D&C - 7/3/19 -Testing concluded baby was genetically normal 
Dx: Unexplained RPL July 2019 - Tested + as carrier for Usher Syndrome & Familial Mediterranean Fever
Saline Sono 8/7/19 - Mostly Clear! All systems go for IVF#1
But will need a repeat Saline Sono between ER and FET
IVF #1 - Antagonist Protocol - 8/17/19
ER#1 8/27/19 - 12R, 6F, 4 biopsied+frozen! (3d5blasts + 1d6blast)- 2 PGS normal embabies!
Saline Sono 9/13/19 - All Clear! Onto FET Prep#1
FET#1 - 4AA -10/4/19 - BFP 10/14/19 - EDD - 6/21/20 -Beta#1-10dp5dt- 379 Beta#2-12dp5dt- 1007 Beta#3-14dp5dt- 2844
