  What's going on this week? Baby’s tail is gone and weighs as much as a paperweight.
  
  How far along are you? 8w1d
  
  Upcoming appointments? Today! Counting down the hours 😬🤞
  
  Cravings/Symptoms? Nausea is getting stronger. I woke up yesterday dry heaving. Fatigue, sore boobs, pinching and stretching in the Ute and an aversion to brushing my teeth. I’ve beem craving bagels and cream cheese lately. Fruit and veggies are not my friend. 
  
  Rants/Raves/Randoms? Friends we haven’t seen in a few years are coming to visit other friends (more like acquaintances). Hopefully we will be able to meet up with them at some point this weekend. If everything goes well at this scan today I’ll tell my sisters tonight and my parents on Sunday.  Hoping we can finally use our announcement picture idea too!

  @kbrown2385 - It's funny that your fact of the week was that baby's tail is gone, because at my 8w2d ultrasound, I could still see a little nub of a tail that was about as big as the arms and legs. Praying so hard for good news for you today! When is the scan?
  
  What's going on this week? Baby is adding a millimeter to its height each day!
  
  How far along are you? 8w5d
  
  Upcoming appointments? 12 weeks, July 8th
  
  Cravings/Symptoms? No cravings, lots of aversions, nausea, fatigue, all that good stuff
  
  Rants/Raves/Randoms? Things are getting real around here! DH tore out our screened porch last week and staked out the extra concrete he needs to pour for our addition. He also scored a double sink vanity for $30 that was originally priced at $800! He's the best at finding deals.
  
  Questions? Fun summer activities for a toddler? We have a week off in July, but aren't going anywhere since DH is going to be building this addition. But I want to take DD to some cool places. She'll be 21 months.

  @marebear15 DS loves aquariums and zoos and splash pads if those are options for y’all! Once I start feeling better I’ve been thinking about setting up our tent in the living room and going cake camping or something  
  
  What's going on this week? Baby is the size of a 2x2 LEGO block
  
  How far along are you? 8 weeks
  
  Upcoming appointments? Ultrasound on Tuesday!
  
  Cravings/Symptoms? No cravings. Nausea is mostly manageable now that I’m taking B6 and Unisom, but the dizziness and headaches and all the other stuff is kicking my tail. 
  
  Rants/Raves/Randoms? It’s been a super weird week and I’m ready for it to be over

  @marebear15 we saw the tail today too...so clearly the fun fact is not for the beginning of week 8 🤣.
  
  @MrsJessS glad the b6 and unisom is helping! Camping in the living room sounds like fun! Maybe I’ll do that with ds soon. He’d probably love it!
