Possible second gestational sac

I had a normal ultrasound. Got print out of pic of baby and then today I got written results saying  something within gestational sac near placenta and gave three possibilities? Anyone ever get anything liek this before? It says possibly a second gestational sac. I was 8 weeks 3 days during ultrasound
