I meal prep on the weekends for Monday-Thursday. This week we have chicken lasagna roll ups and hot chicken salad on a croissant. We also have leftover burrito casserole and a chicken/veggie/noodle dish. I go grocery shopping on Fridays and usually cook dinner on Friday but I dont decide what I'm making until Thursday.
Right now my diet is mainly fruit, cheerio, crackers, and cheese though 🤷♀️
