Just had my regular OB appt & Growth scan this past week, nothing else until June 20th
How are you feeling?:
Getting pretty anxious as the end draws closer..not sure how I'll hack being a FTM..and a twin Mum at that..but am happy they're growing steadily

Upcoming Appointments: just had my 30 week OB appt on Friday, so I go back for a 32 week OB appt and ultrasound on 6/10
How are you feeling?: Tired!! Very tired!! Reflux is still kicking my butt, but otherwise okay.
Rants/Raves: Rant-We are working on some home projects that are taking longer than planned and it’s making us take longer to get things ready for the baby.
Raves-DH has been amazing through everything. He’s so supportive and I feel really fortunate to have found him.
Questions: Have you guys packed your hospital bag yet? I’ve packed and repacked it a hundred times already.

TV, reading, sleeping, baths, time away from my kiddos. 😬

@cmessamore I made my hospital packing list on my notes on my phone, and I've packed the things that I won't need until then (like a comfy sweater since it'll be 90+ from now until the delivery date).

Tomorrow morning we have an ultrasound to see if my low lying placenta has moved up. Fingers crossed it has but I swear she's just camped out in the lower half of my belly. I rarely feel her movements much higher than my belly button. I'm tall, so I'm not sure why she doesn't want to spread out more, ha.
How are you feeling?:
Getting more tired and the backaches have really started to bother me/wake me up.

We go to our first childbirth class on Wednesday, so that should be exciting and terrifying.

How are you feeling?: Good! Was super active this weekend and that felt good even though I'm completely exhausted and could sleep for days.
Rants/Raves: I had my friend come over and help me scrub wallpaper goo off of Emmett's nursery walls and it felt good to be doing something for my little man. I keep forgetting to take hdbd pictures so I feel really guilty about that.

How are you feeling?: Overall good. Sleep is becoming more of an issue with waking up to pee and discomfort. I just keep reminding myself that the lack of sleep is going to get waaaaaaaay worse before it gets better!
Rants/Raves: I have a rant/rave combo. My husband is a smart person but I feel like there are certain things that I just do when clearly he could do them too, and last night before bed he tried to tell me that he couldn't figure out how to get the duvet cover on properly because there were too many ties and it was confusing. I was in the middle of picking up toys and instead of stopping and helping I just said "You're a very smart person, I'm sure you can figure it out." Well, he did it on his own.

GTKY: what is your favourite way to relax? I love having a beer or glass of wine and sitting outside. Lately it has been lounging on the couch watching TV. I also love going for walks when the weather is nice.

@heml - How many sessions is your course? We went to a 5-hr childbirth ed class yesterday and I learned SO much. For me, it was a little overwhelming getting all of that info at once and I was in all sorts of denial last night, but it was really informative and I'm glad we went to it.

How are you feeling?: Really sore. I have also been getting terrible headaches, again, lately.
Rants/Raves: Rant: Just ready for school to be done. I think the added stress of the last month at school, and being pregnant has been a horrible combination. Things aren't going well in our district and everyone is on edge all the time. 4.more.days.
Questions: STM+, are you planning to take the birthing classes again? (This has probably been brought up somewhere before, but TB hates me on my phone to try and search) I had my DS 9 years ago, and it's been almost 11 years for Step DS for DH, so he thinks we don't need to but I am wondering if any of you did take them and they were helpful/more helpful the second time?
GTKY: what is your favourite way to relax? Reading. I have a long list for summer. I teach middle school reading/English and my kiddos recommended so many to check out over the summer! I can't wait!!!

This afternoon, normal check up, nothing special. However, I DO have my hospital tour tomorrow evening, which I'm very excited for!
How are you feeling?:
Not bad! I get back aches at the end of the day sometimes or on days when I'm on my feet more often than usual. I wake up at the same time around 2-3 AM to pee every.single.night but it's not so bad.
Rants/Raves:
A few today! I had my baby shower yesterday and it was awesome. I felt so much love, and the girls did an AMAZING job putting everything together. We went from having not much to almost everything, even some big ticket items- the $200 car seat, a Graco Pack and Play with changing table and napper, a Boppy, a baby bouncer/swing, and the $300 crib I threw on the registry "just in case somebody was feeling generous", which they were. I wasn't expecting to receive half the items on there, and it was amazing.
Also, DH and I went to a 7 hour labor class on Saturday. I thought I knew enough to get by, but I'm SO GLAD we went. I learned a ton, just professional information and no fear-mongering horror stories, which I appreciated. Knowledge is power, in my opinion, and the more I know what to expect, the better I feel.
Questions:
Same- who's packed their hospital bag? I'm planning to this week, but there seems to be so much on my list that I use fairly often that I want access to (chargers, certain self care items, etc.)

A hot shower, specifically for my lower back. It eases up everything.

I finished "how to get away with murder" - slowly deteriorated imo but I couldn't stop.
Raced through "dead to me"...TW for infertility/repeat miscarriage though. And language.
