I'M KIDDING!!!!! Sorry about the other post...I think I will look up my answer on TCOYF or on google before posting on here. I have been on here long enough to know how it goes.

Honestly the reason for the post was does anyone have a good recipe for pork chops except just bread crumbs...I want to try something different tonight.

I slow-cook pork chops in the oven and glaze with butter, apple jelly, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Rub them with balsamic vinegar, let them sit for a little while they don't have to sit long. Go around the pan 2x with EVOO on med-high heat. Cook the chops for about six minutes, then sprinkle thyme and pepper on top, make a foil tent and let them cook for another 6 minutes they are great!

This post made me laugh. I think I've thrown them in an electric skillet with rice and mushroom soup. (I just looked at that recipe and it sounds really gross)

H and I tried a new way the other night.

We browned boneless pork chops on each side and then put them in a casserole dish and then you but the makings of scalloped potatoes over them and bake until the potatoes are done.

They came out so tender.

my MIL has a recipe I made once it took the chops and dredged them in bread crumbs and browned on both sides. Then you put in a baking pan with cream of mushroom soup, molasses, and brown sugar. Serve it over rice and you're all set. it was pretty good
