    R/R: MH is amazing  he just told me he took off my 3 work days next week to help me move my classroom! We have to pack up everything, including school property, to move into our new rooms next year! I’ve been packing this whole month in any extra time I have and I feel like I haven’t even made a dent.

    CS/Q: I’m hoping this temp drop means AF is coming finally. Between my symptoms and my BBT that has to be the case. Pray for me, ladies! 🙏🏻

    @ejoseph16 FX for AF!  And that's so sweet of YH!
    @puppylove8910 Have an amazing, relaxing vacation!!!

    Month/Cycle: 10(about to go into 11, ugh)/2 AL

    CD: 15

    WAYDTGKU:  PNV, OPKs, softcups, FF, temps, EOD(ish)

    R/R: See below.  Also, TMI: my stomach got angry on my walk this morning, and I had to cut it short to rush home for the bathroom.  Luckily I walk with a close friend who isn't too judgmental, but still so embarrassing!

    CS/Q: Ugh, WTF chart?  I think I'm going to have to switch to vaginal temping next cycle if this one doesn't pan out.  It's still a little earlier than I usually O, and I haven't gotten a +OPK yet or EWCM, but my temp spiked this morning.  (grumble)

    ETA fixed chart

    R/R: My back doesn’t hurt today! The new bed is a success. I have a work event tonight which should be fun. I don’t usually like to do things on weeknights but I’m off tomorrow so I’m not dreading it as much as I normally do. Having a drink with coworkers always makes me like them more!

    CS/Q:

  • @bows22 That's great news on the new bed!  Hopefully that puts some of your anxiety about the decision at ease!  Have fun tonight!  I'm in pretty bad need of a night out, but all of my friends are MIA for one reason or another right now.

    @shamrocandroll hopefully that’s just a fluke temp. I’m sorry about your stomach! I’m sure your friend has been there too. I hope you feel better
  • @bows22 I hope so!  But I slept well last night and took it a second time right after, and it went up even more!  Grrr!  And thanks.  I felt totally better after my sprint to the bathroom, thankfully!

    @bows22 Thanks!!! The new bed will be a total game changer!! Just remember to occasionally sleep/nap in the middle so you don't get a hump!!!

    @whitealbum29 Ohhh I have so many conflicting emotions when I see an announcement, and I frequently have to remind myself "that's not how any of this works" so I feel you!!! If we tell ourselves something enough maybe we'll start to internalize it, right? <3

    @whitealbum29 all of your feelings are totally valid! I know you know this but just wanted to say it too :) sometimes I feel like other people getting KU makes it less likely that I am going to and have to remind myself that there isn’t a limited number of babies to go around. Why are all TTC thoughts so irrational?

I want to throw it all away (which I will probably do going forward).

    @whitealbum29 I can relate so much to your TW. Its complicated and funny how we can simultaneously have *more* hope and *less* hope.

    @shamrocandroll I might switch to vaginal temping too. Idk if it will matter, but couldn't hurt!

    R/R: My dog keeps escaping from my backyard. I thought I had patched the hole she found in the fence, but today she got out again anyway. She's only 8lbs and blind in one eye, so I'm super worried she'll get hit by a car. Hopefully we can get that resolved soon.

    CS/Q: I'm expecting to O soon (usually CD 11 or 12). Not sure if anyone can answer this, but is a short follicular phase bad? My LP is 14 days, and it seems like that's what matters most, right?

  • @ejoseph16 wow, that is so nice of your H to do that! FX AF is coming soon!! Did the doctor give you any idea how long this cycle should last?

    @puppylove8910 where are you going?

    @shamrocandroll OMG, I am glad your friend isn't judging  :D As for your temp spike, what are your temps usually like before O? If you look at the chart I posted, I know this isn't any indication of O despite the huge jump this morning because my temps before O never go above 98.1F So anything between 97.6 and 98.1.

    @bows22 yeah for a great new mattress!! Enjoy drinks with your coworkers. I usually don't like to do it because my field is 95% male.

    @mvt2003 any fun plans during your vacation?

    @whitealbum29 hugs  <3 A lot of us have been there. It's totally normal to have these thoughts. I was at a shower a few weeks ago and I realized I was the only female above 18 who wasn't a mother. And there were like 25 adult females.

    One of my close friends just texted me yesterday to tell me she's pregnant.  I'm one of the only people she told about her MC last year, so I am so happy for her, but also struggling myself.  Especially with my first loss would-be due date coming up in 2 weeks, and still not being PG.  Solidarity, and hugs!

    @rikiteacup I'm really sorry about your frustrations with YH.  I hope you guys can talk about your feelings later on!  *TW: loss and BFP
    On the temps thing, it's hard to say because my cycle/charts have changed a bit after my losses.  I had two with only one cycle in between, and then took a break from temping after my 2nd. Plus my post loss cycles were both pretty wonky, so I don't have a lot of reliable baseline data.  Generally speaking, my pre-O temps tend to be in the high 96-low 97 range.  My last "good" chart (which resulted in a BFP) spiked from 97.0 on O day to 98.1 at 4 DPO.  It was a beautiful, clear temp rise with 0.2-0.4 degree increases each day.  But, looking back at it, it was pretty rocky leading up to that point, so who knows!

    Month/Cycle: 13/ 4- AL (#2)

    CD: 10

    WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPK, prenatals, Ovaboost (egg quality enhancing vitamins--CQ10, Myo-inositol, Folate...), progesterone suppositories, raspberry leaf tea

    R/R: I missed out on you all yesterday. I never even got online, because I have been cleaning out my classroom & working on end of year activities. It has been a crazy couple of days. My FW is open & it is time to HIO. I am so frustrated & stressed with end of school year, I haven't been able to focus on my BF. So last week while I was in TWW, I started spotting on CD 11. So, I called the nurse at RE's office to see if I should stop taking them & let cycle come, or if this was an issue. She said yes, if I had BFN go ahead & stop if started AF. Like clockwork, I got AF on CD 26; which wasn't an issue since I ovulated earlier. The nurse said as long as my luteal phase was consistent (they want to see 14 days), no worries. She said she was going to talk to doctor just to make sure & if there was any concern get back to me. If not, continue to take next cycle. Fast forward to CD 8 at 9 PM (Tuesday), I get an email from my pharmacy letting me know my prescription is ready. What prescription?  Oh the doctor called in Letrozole for me; he wants me to try this without progesterone (unless BFP--then start progesterone immediately). Too bad he waited a week to call it in, because it has to be taken CD 3-7. I was so upset. Talked to the nurse again yesterday--she said to take the progesterone this cycle after ovulation to ensure a strong luteal phase, then if no BFP, then start Letrozole next cycle. **sigh**

    @ejoseph16 That is amazing! Thank goodness I don't have to move everything; the cleaning & packing is more than enough for me.

    @puppylove8910 Enjoy your vacation!

    @shamrocandroll Sorry about the tummy problems. I completely understand that feeling though. I took BBT vaginally. It was way more consistent than orally. However, with my inconsistent sleep habits & stress, I gave up this cycle.

    @bows22 Great news on that bed! Our mattress is less than a year old, and I am still not satisfied. Have fun tonight with the work peeps!

    @whitealbum29 I feel like while we are trying our damnedest to get KU, it seems like everyone is KU around us!!!! Hugs to you---I have been struggling to hide my sadness for others (in real life) that are getting those BFP.

    @shoogapoff Oh! I hope your pup is ok. It is amazing how they can somehow manage to be so sneaky. Mine did that a few times when she was younger. I don't know much about Folicular phase, but I know 14 day luteal is good.

    @mtv2003 Good luck at chiropractor & yay for vacation!

    @shoogapoff We had some yard issues at first too w/ our dog--and then we THOUGHT we did, but it turns out he scaled a 6 foot fence to, like, chase a possum (we could tell by the claw marks on the fence in the morning. Luckily, he was then trapped in the neighbors yard. WTF dog! They get out in mysterious ways. You will figure it out & keep her safe! Poor sweetie.

    @shamrocandroll @whitealbum29 TW: loss/pg
    I agree that these feelings are so complicated. My first loss DD is about now (I like instantly forgot the exact date the first time and never recalculated, but I remember "late May") and my cousin is due about now, so I'm not NOT happy for her, I am just simultaneously sad for me, and seeing pix of her all pg exacerbates my sadness. I am so sorry you both are dealing w/ a similar feeling. =/

    @rikiteacup I’m sorry that your H f-ed up. I hope whatever he messed up can be fixed. My office is predominantly male as well but I am very fortunate to have 1 female that I am really close friends with so we go to most things together.

    @shoogapoff I do think I remember reading (nothing official just a post from someone on here during my lurking days) that a short follicular phase could be bad but it was like 9 days or less. And I can’t remember why it was bad. So I’m no help basically.

    @omg1108 your story is so frustrating. The poor communication in the medical world continues to shock me

    @nolemama24 ugh I am so bad with time changes. I hope you adjust soon!
