The only concern with seafood specifically is mercury levels. Because of that, there are some things that are high in mercury you should avoid for the whole pregnancy, such as swordfish. Other types of seafood you'll want to limit to only a few times per week. There are a number of mercury charts available online that you can look at to determine the best choices for you.
