    Testing: hopefully early next week or this weekend (WFAF to be late...I think)

    R/R: Reality is setting in that I have PMS - had a classic emotional meltdown over something minor last night and it felt very familiar. My body really psyched me out this month! :angry:

    R/R: Hike was a lot of fun yesterday! I’m enjoying getting back outside after a long winter! Today is just grocery shopping and cleaning 👎🏻

    Testing: I don't think I can hold out so I'll definitely test on Saturday at 11dpo. Although, not feeling very optimistic. 

    R/R: This TWW has been long and tiring. I feel like I have over analyzed every single feeling in my body and I'm just DONE. I really need to figure out a way to reign it in a bit for my own well being.

  • @whitealbum29 I’m sorry you feel like AF is coming. FX your PMS symptoms are just very similar to some happier symptoms 

    @puppylove8910 sorry this TWW has been rough. DH thinks I’m a nut bc I always assume the worst but it also protects me so 🤷🏻‍♀️

    @varimama your hike yesterday inspired me to go for a walk around my neighborhood instead of on the treadmill at the gym. :) 

    @whitealbum29 I'm so sorry you feel like AF is coming. Meltdowns are the WORST part of the TWW. 

    @bobbyflies2020 a chair massage sounds so nice. I could totally use one of those.

    @misshelen86 I hope you got to relax after your shift! Maybe since we're Cycle/DPO buddies we should be testing buddies too.
