R/R: Reality is setting in that I have PMS - had a classic emotional meltdown over something minor last night and it felt very familiar. My body really psyched me out this month!
Testing: I don't think I can hold out so I'll definitely test on Saturday at 11dpo. Although, not feeling very optimistic.
R/R: This TWW has been long and tiring. I feel like I have over analyzed every single feeling in my body and I'm just DONE. I really need to figure out a way to reign it in a bit for my own well being.

@bobbyflies2020 Keep up the great work! I find exercise during the TWW to be so helpful for my moods. I hope you can continue to find the time!
@whitealbum29 Ugh, I'm so sorry. I had a mini meltdown yesterday evening too. I hope today is a better day for you!
@varimama I'm glad you had a wonderful hike! Nothing beats fresh air.

@whitealbum29 same here - I got irritated over nothing last night and was like oh, right, AF is coming. PMS. Lovely...
@varimama Glad the hike was fun!! Hopefully the groceries and cleaning will set you up for the weekend!
@puppylove8910 The TWW really can take it out on us, I'm so sorry it's been a hard one.
Month/Cycle: 8/8
CD/DPO: 27/10
Timing: -2, -1, 0
Typical LP length: 12-14
Testing: WFAF
R/R: Tennis class tonight, which should be a good distraction. And I'm pretty sure yesterday's tummy issues were cream cheese related, since I'm feeling much better today. I'm at the point of the TWW where I'm just ready to get know for certain and know I'm on to the next cycle.
CS/Q: Nope. Stopped temping for my mental health post-O....

Month/Cycle: 10/9(4th cycle AL)
CD/DPO: 21/6 or 7
Timing: good
Typical LP length: 12-14 days
Testing: Maybe next Friday?
R/R: Feeling very overwhelmed by all the information the RE gave us this morning. Obviously they need to look at my lab results and DH's SA before we get a plan in place. Today was bloodwork (8 vials worth), then in a few weeks I go for a saline ultrasound. DH needs to schedule his SA for next week. The concerns that I brought up (later O, spotting for a few days before AF) she didn't seem worried about.
@puppylove8910 - I'm sorry! It's exhausting to analyze everything. I haven't had time this month because I'm a teacher and the school year is ending, but I'm worried about this summer when I have so much time to think about everything.
@whitealbum29 - I'm sorry, I hate it when our bodies make us think one then and then the PMS arrives.
@emeraldduchess - I hope you're able to get good information from all of the testing!
Month/Cycle: 6/6
CD/DPO: 20/8
Timing: -3, -1 I think
Typical LP length: 14
Testing: June 1st if I can hold out that long!
R/R: I'm a high school teacher, and it's the end of the school year, so things are super hectic right now (I should be grading papers right now!). I'm looking forward to a long weekend to catch up on everything and finish out the school year!

@puppylove8910 sorry this TWW has been rough. DH thinks I’m a nut bc I always assume the worst but it also protects me so 🤷🏻♀️
@mvt2003 sorry you think it’s the cream cheese, glad you feel better though.

@puppylove8910 my first cycle trying AL I was doing the same thing. Hugs to you! 💜
@varimama your hike yesterday inspired me to go for a walk around my neighborhood instead of on the treadmill at the gym.
@whitealbum29 I'm so sorry you feel like AF is coming. Meltdowns are the WORST part of the TWW.
@bobbyflies2020 a chair massage sounds so nice. I could totally use one of those.
@misshelen86 I hope you got to relax after your shift! Maybe since we're Cycle/DPO buddies we should be testing buddies too.
@misshelen86 - I hope you get a good night's rest!
