I think I’m having a miscarriage, no cramping but a little spotting and bleeding. My HGC was 695 on Sunday. I had blood taken yesterday and get the results tomorrow. I just feel so lost I should be 7 weeks..... on Sunday they didn’t see anything in the scan.
