Spent 3 hours in the car to work for 3 hours... now I get to take a HPT at the OB before my procedure. It’s gonna be negative no matter what since I either didn’t ovulate long enough ago to turn a test or I didn’t ovulate yet... So WTF, body?! I also have to get a doctor’s note for taking a half sick day backed up to days we have off. I don’t like them knowing I’m going to the OB because the secretary in charge of turning it in is nosy. At least it stopped pouring out!

Work is making me angry. This is why I couldn't post in the dailies.

Here are my 2 work issues:
- 2 workaholic women. **TW** one just gave birth last week, traumatic C-section, she almost died **END TW** is back working from home. She asks me to do stuff and then does it herself but doesn't tell me. Same with another woman on vacation. WTF are you asking me to do stuff if you're going to do it? Also, we're on different time zones so when they ask me to do stuff at 5PM (well into the night for them), by 8AM my time I find out they've done it.

- I am going to use a culinary analogy. My bosses tell me to mix sour cream, butter, salt and pepper and to deliver it to our guys on the field. Nothing more. Our guys think I am dumb because WTF are these mashed potatoes with no potato??!! Well, I didn't know I was supposed to deliver mashed potatoes but indeed, if the main ingredient is missing, that's going to be a problem. My bosses realize they forgot to tell me I was supposed to make mashed potatoes and they forgot to give me the potatoes. Doesn't matter, I end up looking like the idiot, the bosses fix the mistake and they look like they saved the day.

This is really frustrating.

@NYTino24 can your OB use generic terms? Like say "I confirm NYTino24 had an appointment today at 3PM." I'd be concerned with the nosy secretary but most women go to the OBGYN for routine visits.

Okay wrote a long rant, decided it's too red hot to post. Cliff notes: argued on FB, can't shake the icky feelings from that, now questioning "is this what people around me feel too and they just don't say it out loud?" If so, what a sad, selfish world... Can't decide if the throat punch belongs to the people who commented or to social media itself for promoting such gross behavior...

@rikiteacup Sounds like they’re control freaks. If they wanna do what they asked you to do, fine... as long as they don’t act like you weren’t going to do it. So frustrating! AFM, yeah it’s just that I was seen, but on their letterhead.

Literally everything! (PMS.) Just went apeshit on my boss over something I wrote that he wanted to change (we laughed about it after I emerged from my rage blackout). Coworker's dog is snoring. SO called when I was in the middle of something, like he would know. I'm hungry again after eating 45 mins ago. Everything is a %$@#ing Shakespearean tragedy over here.

@rikiteacup Oh man! That's so frustrating! It would've been nice to get all of the directions for "the mashed potatoes" in the first place! I'm so sorry you have to deal with that! Hope those girls can chill out and decide whether they want help or not!

I think mine would be a combination of my body and my advanced OPKs. I'm so confused about my cycle right now because my temps say I O'ed on CD10 which is unheard of. Used to be like CD18-22 and then I had two earlier O's including CD15. NOT THIS EARLY! GAH! Oh... and my OPKs aren't saying I have O'ed yet. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER!

@NYTino24, I would probably make things awkward with the secretary if she asked about or commented on the doctor’s notes. “Why are you asking about my vagina?”

@rikiteacup That sucks. I had a job where all the bosses did crap like forget to tell me about the potatoes. It was the worst. Hope it’s just a temporary situation while they’re out of the office.

Mine is the fire that happened near my house last night. It involved some RVs at a storage place. Something exploded. I think it was probably propane tanks. Woke me up at 2:00 and freaked me out. Didn’t really get back to sleep.

I would like to TPT this computer in my campus library I have been sitting in front of for 10+ minutes, trying to log on. Every time you log into one for the first time, it takes a long ass time to load--I have no idea why this one is taking FOREVER. Will it ever load? I am not sure. I have places to be, computer! Stop telling me what I already know! And I don't even know if my Spring semester print credits are still valid! Pic for posterity/so you can see it's stupid message that is contributing to my anger.
