Be careful selling/buying online

This lady was buying baby clothes on Facebook and was 9 months pregnant. Three individuals, she went to their house, strangled her, cut her baby from her and now the baby is not expected to live. 
Always meet some place public if you can, even a Walmart parking lot is better than nothing!
Practice safe selling/buying, take mace with you or taser or gun if you have concealed carry. Better safe than sorry. 
ETA I was confused she was buying not selling but either way we need to be careful!!

    Ugh I read about this, so terrible. In some cities/towns around here police stations have designated parking spots at the station for people to meet up at to complete online purchases/swaps. Something that could be worth looking into. Bring someone else with you if you go to a private place (in Canada, ability to carry mace/taser/gun is likely illegal, so FYI)

    Even if your local polices ration doesn't have a designated spot for this type of exchange, many will have enough parking spaces to allow you to use their lot anyway (our local station encourages people to do child custody exchanges there as well). I agree - definitely worth looking into. 

    Also consider grocery store parking lots. Many of those have cameras around. Just park close to where activity occurs - it's better to have people walking around you.

    They released the details of what happened and the older lady had been plotting this for at least since last year. She had her tubes tied and pretended to be pregnant so she needed a baby to realize her lie 🤦🤦🤦 I mean I just can't believe someone would go through all that. And she made her adult daughter help her.

    @jasonsgirl92 that happened here in Boulder a couple years ago. Same MO. It was really awful. Craig’s list ad, and the baby didn’t make it, but the mother did survive. I pray for this poor family.
