Mine isn't exactly what I envisioned myself wearing (always thought I would end up with lace!), but I tried it on and fell in love. So silky and amazing. I loved it.

Oooooo excited for this thread! I wasn't super into wedding dress shopping at alllll but I had that "this is the one" moment when this dress made my 2 heartless BFFs cry real tears. Loved the way it made me feel, and I loved how it moved. I wore this dress less than 6 months ago, feels like a lifetime ago:

Love this thread! Mine is not at all what I thought I’d want as far as style, but I knew I didn’t want white. It is a champagne with nude underneath. It was love at first sight!
Yeah that dress was filthy after hiking and the rain, but pictures were pretty great! How many of us have our dresses cleaned and packed in a box that we haven’t opened, but are pretty sure the dress is in there!!!?
I love seeing all of the different styles! I wanted something Carolyn Bessette-esque, without a lot of lace or bling. Our wedding had some Charleston flair so I changed into the second dress with all the bling later on for dancing (DH changed into a blue seersucker suit and feathered bow tie).
I had a terrible photographer so these are the best I've got that show off the most of the dress. I always imagined myself with a heart neckline or open back but I got neither. I had a really hard time finding the right dress. But when I stumbled upon this dress at a consignment shop and it fit me perfectly I knew it was the one. It's covered in lace and beading. And... it was only $100!!! Some of the large beads (like 10 of them) had metal backs and were tarnished. I just took them off. I loved it.
