It's May!  Too bad we have snow in the forecast :o  We're under severe flood warnings, so that's not going to help.

    @bakerstreetboys we got about 4 inches at our house last night! My 3.5yo stated this morning that she was ready for spring to come back... I hear ya girl!

    I put on a perfume i don't usually wear this morning and then couldn't stand the way is smelled all day. Cant wait to go home and shower.

    @ajdietz I am sorry, that has to be miserable.  They cleaned the carpets in the hall in my building at work and it’m smells like nursing home and a farm mixed.

    @ajdietz I got new face lotion recently and put it on. I was walking around the house for like 2 hours trying to figure out what smelled so bad. I went as far to smell my husband before I realized it was my face 😂

    @asorkey I got new hand soap and the same thing happened. The scent was so strong I didn’t believe it was my hands that smelt.

    Even worse with the super sensitive smelling ability of a pregnant woman!  I've been side-eyeing people for the last few weeks for stinking, but they were probably fine!

    @ale9687 LOL! with my lotion I couldn't believe no one else could smell it, but then it being my face who could? lol

    @bakerstreetboys I was walking behind someone at work earlier this week and the same thing happened! Granted he's a cook (I work in a college union building) working in a hot kitchen all day so he probably had a smell but I had to hold my breath.

    Anyone else feel like their resting heart rate is soo fast. I know it's normal with increased blood flow and what not but Ive been feeling so racey. Mine increased from 68/69 to 75. Thank goodness for my Fitbit to keep track so I dont freak out about it. It makes me anxious at times.

    @ajdietz I’m the same. Resting heart rate is faster than usual and I already get short of breath going up stairs.

    @ajdietz Also same. Although, the palpitations have stopped, which is nice. 

    With my first, we weren’t trying but not preventing and the increased heart rate on my fit bit was one of the reasons I decided to test.

    I put my DD's shoes on the wrong feet today.  Pregnancy brain anyone?

    Also - I CANT STOP EATING.  I want all the food.  I almost wish I was nauseous so I wouldn't feel like a huge pig.

    We are having bad storms here today and our power just went out. Of course my 3 year old doesn't understand and keeps telling me to turn on the lights or bringing me batteries since he thinks the house is out of batteries.

    Also drank coffee this morning for the first time in a month and it's so not agreeing with me 🤢

    @mecoats I was looking all over for dd’s tennis shoes this morning for school.   I gave up and put her in a slightly small pair.  I later found her shoes in my purse!

    @peachie89 I don’t like coffee right now either, but can’t deal with a migraine and have been gagging half a cup down.  I can’t wait to get over this symptom.

    @holly321 I am the same way.....no caffeine equals a horrible migraine. I have been letting myself have a small cup of coke in the morning because it helps keep the migraines away plus makes my nausea not as bad.

    @peachie89 coke tastes really bad to me right now.  I had a dr. Pepper with my lunch, and it was good, so I may see if I can tolerate one each morning.

    Peachie89 that's adorable that he's bringing you batteries. My kids are always confused because they'll ask to watch a show (we don't have cable so we just use our Roku) and they're confused to find out our tv doesn't work. 

    We had really strong storms last week with tornadoes in our area, my kids thought it was so much fun that we woke them up in the middle of the night to hang out in the basement.   They didn't want to go back upstairs since they were having so much fun.

    I don’t remember what thread it was, but I told my mom in her mother’s day card that we are expecting. She just called me and told me she did have a Dream a couple weeks ago! She held out on me!!

    @lm1007, we won’t have a party, if we do anything it would just be our kids and parents, maybe BIL and family.  I would like to do something cute for my kids, but both have ASD and if the baby isn’t what they want, I could see it going poorly. (They were quite disappointed it is not twins)   Although, I think it would be sweet for the 4 of us to find out together.

    @holly321 Yeah I guess it wouldn't really be a party party. Just family - although is a pretty good number of people having a BBQ or something. 
    I would like to do something, since I wouldn't be having another shower. Plus we love any reason to prep foods and put gatherings together lol. 

    But I'm also horrible, and I don't know if I'd be able to have the answer in an envelope and not peek 😩

    @LM1007 Were planning on having parents and siblings over and planning a way for DS to reveal the gender. I’m like you, I’ll have to peek so DH and i wont be surprised lol

    @holly321 Kids are freaking hilarious. I'd love to know their thought process sometimes, and definitely admire their ability to talk without a filter!
