    Timing: -3,-1

    Typical LP length: 12

    Testing: Friday

R/R: I rescheduled a client to next week to give me more time in the office this week to catch up, so I am feeling better about work and therefore have more time to SS, yikes. It is beautiful here after some gross weather and I hope we have time to go for a walk tonight.

@shamrocandroll - That's so frustrating when you're ready to move on to a new cycle and AF is just taking her sweet time! :(
    Month/Cycle: 9/9
    CD/DPO: 21/3 I think

    Timing: -5, -2, -1, 0
    Typical LP length: 14

    Testing: WFAF

R/R: Going to my first barre class in a couple weeks tonight and am excited but it's going to be a rude awakening/reminder of what exercise is really like, after I've been doing very gentle yoga lately.

CS/Q: no bbt so nothing to see
  • @bows22 it's finally nice here, too! Trying for a walk today if I can escape from work around lunch. We're going to have dinner with DH's Nana tonight. She's 86 and wanted us to come over for Chinese food.. can't say no to Nana!

    Month/Cycle: 1/1

    CD/DPO: 22/5

    Timing: Great, -3,-2,-1

    Typical LP length: 11

    Testing: 8DPO

    R/R: I think I'm getting a UTI. I really hope not- I hate taking antibiotics :(

  • mvt2003mvt2003 member
@bows22 yay for a walk and less work stress! Boo for SS, that's so hard!
@shamrocandroll FX for a regular length cycle! I hate when I've accepted that it's not the month, and ready to move on to the next cycle and AF is being stubborn.
@whitealbum29 Barre sounds fun! I'm sure even gentle yoga will help your muscles prepare for it though.
    @mrs_llama FX for no UTI!

    Month/Cycle: 8/8

    CD/DPO: 19/2

    Timing: -2, -1, 0

    Typical LP length: 12-14

    Testing: Nope

R/R: I went to the gym last night and the spin endorphins are still around this morning. Feeling good, and my tennis lessons start tomorrow night, so that's something to look forward to!

CS/Q: I've done the dreaded google searches but haven't really found anything on this - my body temps are normally lower than "average" - I generally run around 97. My BBT temp shift is typically not a big difference - pre-O I'm like 96.8, but post-O I'm like 97.3-97.6. Any thoughts on whether this is something I should discuss with my dr? I have an appt for my regular check-up in June, and will throw in any fertility related questions I have. My charts for this cycle and the last look wonky (I had a fever during my pre-O last cycle, and this cycle I've been spotty on the time of temp taking) so no pic to share.

    Typical LP length: 13-15 days

    Testing: BFN

R/R: I just learned that my uncle had a stroke. I haven't seem my family in over 4 years. I am flying there next month. My grandpa died last March and now my uncle. My 90 y/o grandma is going to be a mess. She already lost her daughter (my mom) and her son is all she has left.

CS/Q: will test again tomorrow at 12DPO and if BFN, I will WFAF

  • @bows22 enjoy your walk tonight! Most of us are SS anyway

@shamrocandroll sorry about the BFN but your GIF made me smile.

@whitealbum29 I workout regularly (running, weight lifting) and when I do a new activity like gardening, I still get sore. It's impossible to get all your muscles regular exercises!

@mrs_llama go get yourself the purest cranberry juice and drink the whole bottle today. That usually fixes my impending UTI.

@mvt2003 FF says the temp shift is 0.5F on average so you are totally normal. Red their lesson here.

@rikiteacup Thanks! I think I'm just paranoid because my Femometer keeps trying to tell me my body temps are too low in general! I'm so sorry about your uncle, sending my thoughts especially to you and your grandma!

@shamrocandroll rooting for AF to come soon!

@whitealbum29 have fun at barre! I hope it’s not too hard.

@mrs_llama I always use that “it’s okay if I have another cookie because my grandma made them

@mvt2003 I think low temps can be caused by a thyroid problem but I dont know that yours are considered “low” enough to be that

@rikiteacup I’m so sorry about your uncle. I’m sure your grandma will be so happy to spend time with you. It’s nice that you are going
  • @whitealbum29 Technically AF isn't due for another day or so, but I won't be shocked if she's late due to stress this month.  GL at your barre class!

@mrs_llama I've had pretty good luck with catching a UTI before needing antibiotics by just flushing my system out with lot of fluids (including lots of cranberry juice) and taking Uristat.  It's an over the counter pain killer for UTIs if you're in pain.  It turns your pee orange, which is kind of fun.

@mvt2003 Oooh, tennis lessons sounds fun!  I always wondered if I would like tennis, but never really lived anywhere it was popular.

@rikiteacup I'm so sorry about your uncle!  I hope he recovers quickly and fully!  :(

    Will be back to tag!

    Month/Cycle: 2/1 AL

    CD/DPO: 16/1 DPO

    Timing: -5, -3, -1, O

    Typical LP length: 12-13 days

Testing: After last month's **TW, CP**, I'm not sure if I'll test early. I say this now, but come 8 DPO, I'm sure I'll be itching to test. Haha!

R/R: I had a big temp rise this morning so I'm pretty sure I O'd yesterday. I won't be 100% sure until I get my CHs though on FF!

CS/Q: My plan is to stop temping once I get my cross hairs. I did this back in 2016 and it made the TWW a bit more manageable. I temped the whole TWW last month and it basically drove me crazy over analyzing every up & down!

  • @shamrocandroll - I feel that gif in my soul! I wish when we've had horrible timing we could just press a reset button and just start all over again without the wait.

@whitealbum29 - have fun at your barre class. I hope you're not too sore tomorrow.

    @mrs_llama - FX it's not an UTI

@mvt2003 - My temps this cycle vary by .8* but it was enough I could see a shift.

    @rikiteacup - I'm so sorry! *Hugs*

    Month/Cycle: 5/5

    CD/DPO: 20/7

    Timing: -1, O

R/R: This week has been busy. Does anyone every get to that time of the day where you just feel like it's  oo late and so you just give up on posting on dailies? I do sometimes. I made it the gym two days in a row. I haven't been super consistent since my brother's wedding. I've decided that making it back to the gym for the first time in a while is not the hardest part. For me, it's the second day where I am sore and don't have the same stamina when I exercised regularly.

CS/Q: FF moved my O date. The timing would be slightly better this way, but I'm not feeling overly optimistic.

@bows22 It's finally nice here too! I hope you can get a walk in as well. I'm so very tired of all the rain!

@shamrocandroll I'm so sorry for the BFN and for the super slow appearance of AF. I always hate when I know the cycle is a bust, yet AF takes her sweet a** time to begin. FX she will be here soon so you can start fresh!

@whitealbum29 I hope you have fun at barre class! I went yesterday morning and loved it. I try to go 2x/week! It really is such a wonderful workout and I always feel the burn if I miss just even a week of it.

@mrs_llama Eeeek! FX you don't have a UTI brewing. Ouch!

@mvt2003 I went to spin this morning. I always love how great (& sore!) I feel afterwards. I don't really have an answer to your charting question, but it couldn't hurt to ask your OB when you see him/her next month.

@rikiteacup I'm so sorry for the BFN and for the sad news regarding your uncle. Sending you hugs <3

@spacemountaineer Haha, yes re: dailies! Although, I don't post every day (I lurk most days though even if I don't post). Also, I always find I'm never optimistic about my cycle come 7/8 DPO. I wonder if it is a progesterone thing? Like, PMS begins to creep up and my moods aren't great....

@mvt2003 Your lower temps could be normal and it could not be. For me I had temps in the mid-upper 96 range pre o and the low 97 range post 0 and turns out I am hypothyroid (possibly Hashimoto's, more likely Low T3 Syndrome, not sure yet). I only connected the dots to the low temps recently in hindsight. I had several other symptoms that led me to believe a thyroid issue. I also was never diagnosed through conventional medicine because my numbers were always in range. I went to a functional practitioner and was diagnosed along with a bunch of other hormone issues. But like I said, it still could be normal, it just wasn't for me.

Thanks @m6agua I probably will bring up my low temps in a couple of weeks just in general. I've had my thyroid tested before, and am in a normal range but as you mentioned sometimes it's still an issue.

@puppylove8910 do you have FF VIP where you could find “charts like mine”? I always went down that rabbit hole during the TWW when I temped haha. So not temping during the TWW will probably be good for me too if I start again

@spacemountaineer I feel like I am able to read/post so much in the morning but then after lunch the day gets away from me and I up finishing replies at this time of night when no one is on

@samvsimpson sounds like an excuse to go shopping for new clothes!
  • @mvt2003 Like mc6agua, my temps have been low in conjunction with a short LP and I’ll be having my thyroid tested in June.
