  • What healthy habit/s are you working on? Trying to drink at least 48 oz of water per day & trying to do yoga more days a week than not... also, eating more organic/BPA-free etc.

    How's it going? Water & yoga: both pretty good! I'd give yoga an A- & water a B+. We're successfully buying more organic/BPA-free food, but it's more expensive AND I have to drive farther AND it's annoying to have to go to so many different grocery stores. I am mostly at this point working on feeling okay when I am not able to buy/eat organic & trying not to feel guilty. I have been successful at avoiding BPA cans, but again--it's just hard. It just means I walk down a lot of aisles and come out empty handed. I guess THAT saves $.

    What’s a “small win” you have from last week? My yoga practice has been HIGHLY consistent, and I'm really proud of that.

    GTKY: What obstacle would you to add to an American Ninja Warrior course? (Note! It does not have to be something that would actually make the show...aka you can be as creative as you'd like!) LOL I wrote this question and now I'm like how does one answer this! BUT I'll say there should be some sort of tree-climbing obstacle--with a real tree!

    What healthy habit/s are you working on? Eating better and being more consistent with exercise 

    How's it going? I did well last week (and pretty well the week before) until Friday rolled around and then it was a free for all with drinks and food. 

    What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I really can’t think of anything other than taking the dog for a fairly long walk while dying of a hangover on Sunday? Haha

    Some sort of pool they had to swim across - I’m not creative enough to figure out how they’d make that more “ninja warrior” like 

  • What healthy habit/s are you working on? Getting back on track with my diet. I kind of have been eating everything in sight for the last few days lol.

    How's it going? Ehhh well I had a protein shake today so I guess I'm kind of going in the right direction!

    What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I lost another pound! I'm at 35lb weight loss since January 1st! 

    GTKY: What obstacle would you to add to an American Ninja Warrior course? (Note! It does not have to be something that would actually make the show...aka you can be as creative as you'd like!) Maybe carrying a ridiculous amount of grocery bags. I totally got that lol.

  • What healthy habit/s are you working on? Losing weight 

    How's it going? Not good. I wasn’t consistent with tracking or eating well last week so I was up 1.4lbs at weigh in on Sunday. 

    What’s a “small win” you have from last week? The last two days have been perfect eating wise.

  • What healthy habit/s are you working on? Exercising and eating better.

    How's it going? I’m sort of following 21 Day Fix but I’m only following the meal plan a few days each week and working on adding more. The days I’m not following it I feel like I’m eating everything I couldn’t have (aka sweets). Also my knees are bothering me so I have been taking more rest days and wearing knee braces and unable to a lot of the videos so it’s a major bummer.

    What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I think I’m figuring out what timing and foods work for me for my meal plan. Like I moved my afternoon PB toast snack to before bed and it helps me not go to bed/wake up hungry.

It does not have to be something that would actually make the show...aka you can be as creative as you'd like!) **TW child mentioned** I think they should add getting a toddler who’s decided to be a surfboard into a car seat.

  • What healthy habit/s are you working on? Currently Keto (since Jan) and workout at a boot camp facility 6x/week

    How's it going? Great! Hit a plateau for a while but finally broke through it

    What’s a “small win” you have from last week? Having to buy new workout clothes because my old ones are too big now

    GTKY: something that has to do with a flood of laundry 

  • @jaclynn24 lol "flood of laundry".

    @varimama I feel like it's taken me like all of my adult life to get timing/foods right. I think listening to my body rather than standard "lunch is at noon" cultural norms has been super helpful. Like, for example, I often eat a "second lunch" around now or dinner earlier bc otherwise I get super hangry.

    sorry for this weird GTKY here haha, I was trying to think of something Fitness related, and I weirdly love ANW. soooo. here we are.
