For those that were taking the pill before trying to conceive, when did you stop taking the pill, when did you start trying, and when did you get pregnant? We have a wedding and honeymoon planned for end of June, and would love to start trying then. I started the pill about a year, year and a half ago, was off for about two months (between prescriptions) in February/March now I'm back on again. Thoughts? Thank you
Re: When to stop birth control
2) please read the pinned posts at the top of the board
3) Go introduce yourself in the latest Newbie thread.
4) the majority of us here have never been pregnant so asking all of us when we got pregnant is pointless. Many of us here actually struggle to get or stay pregnant so no one will be able to tell you as we're all different.
5) I really don't understand the purpose to your questions. Finish a pack and don't go back on it. Go off it when it's the right time for you. I personally went off BC about 5-6 months before my wedding so that I could start tracking it to understand how my cycles are (had been on it for about 8 years). No one can tell you how soon after BC you'll get KU.

We can’t make this decision for you. Just stop whenever you think is the right time for you.
But, please don’t stop mid-pack. You would be amazed how often women come here and tell us they stopped mid-pack.
