Help! Tips to Relieve Morning/All Day Sickness 🤢

Week 5 and on has been accompanied by nausea. I’m constantly eating to try and drive out the nauseous feeling and make sure my stomach doesn’t feel hunger (which is hard to push things down my throat when I feel like something will come up my throat at any moment). Movement makes it worse. I’ve tried soda, lemons, and saltines. I’m even waking up between 2-3am to have a full meal to make sure my stomach doesn’t go 7 or so hours without food. What is everyone using to cope with nausea? Thank you in advance 🙂

hello! Welcome :) We discourage one-off posts like this because they clutter the board - but this would be a great question for our "Questions Thread" or "Symptoms" thread. I also recommend changing your username to something we can remember so we can get to you know you :)

Tips - ginger candies, cold water, frequent small meals, preggy pops :)
