Re: TWW Wednesday 4/24
Month/Cycle: 9/8 (third cycle AL)
CD/DPO: 27/8
Timing: gold star (I think?)
Typical LP length: 12-14 days
Testing: I don't even want to think about it right now.
R/R: I love when the deer from the woods behind my house come to hang out in my yard. They're so pretty, I could watch them for hours.
CS/Q: Anyone else have issues with Fertility Friend this morning? I was finally able to update my chart.
Edit: add chart
Month/Cycle: 8/8
CD/DPO: 20/6
Timing: Great
Typical LP length: 12-14 days
Testing: not anytime soon
R/R: Going to bed now and have one more night shift tonight.. then I get a week off! I have a lot of chores/errands to do while I’m off but it will still be nice to not be at work!
CS/Q: nah

CD/DPO: 27/12
Timing: +1
Typical LP length: 13
Testing: Nope, I'm expecting AF in the next 2 days. I've been a little more moody the last couple days which is my usual pre-AF symptom. It's really the only sign I have of AF coming. Ever since I started with my functional practitioner to heal my thyroid/sex hormone deficiencies and did pelvic floor physical therapy, my cycle has been on point (no spotting, immediate fresh blood, no cramping, and way less PMS). I didn't think it could get more regular than it already was, but it did.
R/R: I'm just ready for the weekend. Our city is doing spring clean up (brush, branches, grass clippings) until May 5 and my yard needs some serious work. When we bought the house in 2015 we thought the landscaping looked nice. Now living here and getting a closer look we realized everything was basically dead on the interior and way overgrown from not being regularly pruned.
CS/Q: Nothing to see

TTC#2 April 2019@misshelen86 enjoy sleep, but mostly your week off!!
@emeraldduchess their servers have been down on and off since yesterday for me, it's very annoying. your chart is looking good after all of that uncertainty with o!
Month/Cycle: 10 / 2AL
CD/DPO: 15/ going with 5 now per my RE bloodwork
Timing: -2,-1, +1... now that O has changed
Typical LP length: progesterone
Testing: see rant in TTCAL if you'd like, but I think I'm stuck in limbo until at least 13DPO
R/R: so ready for the weekend... AND i totally forgot that my golf clinic/lessons start tomorrow. Yay for things to do! hah
CS/Q: nerp.

@misshelen86 - enjoy your time off.
@m6agua - good luck with the yard work.
Month/Cycle: 4
CD/DPO: 27/12
Timing: O, +1
Typical LP length: 12-14 days
Testing: BFN. Not surprised and not overly disappointed either. I had major cramping this morning (different over what I felt the past few days) and a major dip in temp. With all this I still tested.
R/R: traveling down for my brother's wedding today. I'm excited to see extended family this weekend!
CS/Q: nope
CD/DPO: 33/14
Timing: -5, -2, -1
Typical LP length: 14
Testing: WFAF
R/R: Still here. Hopefully AF won't show up tomorrow and I'll test Friday morning but I'm preparing myself to see it tomorrow. I think my aversion to testing is just wanting to prolong the hopeful feeling...
CS/Q: nope
CD/DPO: 26/ 12
Timing: -4, O, +1
Typical LP length: 11-12
Testing: BFN today
R/R: Temp dropped below coverline this morning--even with the progesterone. So, I think I am going to stop taking it for a day or two & hope AF comes so I can get on with this cycle. I know I tested a bit early, but I have been having shorter cycles & *****TW previous pregnancies got faint line by 11DPO & just "knew" by symptoms.*** The progesterone is making me a bit crazy & a lot of mood swings.
CS/Q:
@emeraldduchess Love the deer! I am right in the city, so none in my neighborhood. FX for you!
@m6agua I am dreading the idea of cleaning the yard. It is such a mess this year. We have to do a complete overhaul (cheaply) so that we can get the house ready to sell.
@chichiphin I am so frustrated for you! I don't know if it is just the progesterone, pms, or what, but I am so super emotional. This whole journey is exhausting. I really wish I was ten years younger and didn't have to feel pressure to fight through this. In your opinion, is it dumb of me to stop a few days early on the progesterone?
@spacemountaineer Looks like you are pretty close to my cycle buddy. We seem to be on the same wave length as well.
@misshelen86 Enjoy your week off!
@m6agua I'm so curious about the treatment you're getting with your functional practitioner (which I've never heard of). I just realized the other day that I did not used to have three days of spotting before my period. It would be nice to get my hormones back on track.
@chichiphin Your timing still looks pretty good...
@spacemountaineer Have a great time at your brother's wedding!
@whitealbum29 I feel you on keeping the hope alive. I have no desire to test this cycle either.
@omg1108 Sorry about the BFN. It will be nice to ditch the progesterone so you start feeling more like yourself.
Month/Cycle: 19/11
CD/DPO: 7 dpiui
Timing: High
Typical LP length: 11-12 days
Testing: Probably not. Betas May 1st.
R/R: Today is Admin Professionals Day so our office is going out to lunch at a restaurant I LOVE. Super excited about that! Plus, I only work a half day tomorrow (in jeans!), then I'm off until Monday.
CS/Q: In spoiler just because the progesterone makes it look so pretty.
CD/DPO: 31/13
Timing: -2 / +1
Typical LP length: 11ish but nothing seems typical after **** a MC****
Testing: ok this morning was a fail since I got up to go to the bathroom really early then missed testing. I'm aiming for tomorrow
R/R: Temp looks like its going down so... Also last cycle after a loss it went on till CD44 so who even know's what will happen this time.
CS/Q: nope
@emeraldduchess we have deer all the time too, I love seeing it. DH always tries to leave food out for them…
@misshelen86 enjoy your upcoming week off!
@m6agua I did not know pelvic floor therapy helped with regulating cycle. Awesome that you are so regular now
@chichiphin sorry you are in limbo
@spacemountaineer sorry for the BFN
@whitealbum29 I totally get the aversion testing, I keep pushing back a day to just enjoy hope..
@omg1108 sorry for the BFN
@ruby696 your chart is so pretty! Enjoy the lunch today 😊
@whitealbum29 I have no idea how you hold out like that! fx for you
@omg1108 I dunno, it's up to you. if you only have two more days of it, I'd stop it on day 14. I'm sorry for the bfn
@ruby696 such a lovely chart! enjoy lunch & the shorter work day!
@c1kc1kpol1cn1k I'm sorry the temps are going down

@misshelen86 It is always nice to not be at work, even if you aren't doing anything in particularly fun.
@chichiphin I'm sorry you are in limbo, I hope you have answers soon. *TW mc/betas*
@spacemountaineer Have fun at the wedding!
@omg1108 sorry for the BFN.
@puppylove8910 hopefully it was just too early.
@c1kc1kpol1cn1k I didn't either, but it was a combination of my other treatment with the PT. I went in for problems with my hip, bladder leaking, and constipation and she helped me with all of it along with talking about my cycle. In the first several appointments she would move my uterus, ovaries, bladder, and the tissue surrounding those because things were sitting incorrectly. She also adjusted the tip of my tailbone (that was uncomfortable).
@whitealbum29 They really do explore more, but it is more so that they look at you as a whole. Instead of just looking at each symptom. Basically they look for the root cause rather than slapping a bandaid on each issue. FX AF stays away!
@ruby696 I hope your lunch was amazing and you enjoy your time off! As for the FM stuff, I'm going with a spoiler since it got long. Sorry, it is probably more detail than you want. Like I responded to c1kc above, I think the regulation of my cycle was from this treatment (getting my body to homeostasis) and the PT stuff took it that little it further for that area of my body.
So basically before my first appointment I needed to do their standard hormone test CD21 (7dpo). Cortisol, DHEA, Estrogen, Progesterone, and Testosterone. I added vitamin D. This was a saliva and blood spot test I did at home and mailed via UPS. The results came in and I went to my first appointment which was a few hours long. We went over my medical/family medical history at length, my current symptoms, what my goals were, etc. She explained that I had very low Vitamin D, Progesterone, and Testosterone. My Estrogen was low as well, but not terribly. However the ratio of E/P wasn't great. My cortisol/DHEA wasn't great either which pointed to high stress response/adrenal fatigue. She went through a huge list of recommendations for prescriptions, supplements, and lifestyle changes. We discussed it together and decided which things I would start with. I went on compounded bio-identical testosterone and progesterone cream (skipped some of the other prescriptions that were recommended for my vaginal dryness/low sex drive) and chose to start several of the supplements but not all of them. I did Vitamin D3 w/ K2, thyroid support, 2 types of adrenal support, daily multivitamin, omega 3, probiotic, b12, and magnesium. I then had a full thyroid panel done along with folate, ferritin and b12. My thyroid hormones were low and my antibodies were trending towards Hashimoto's, but not quite. I decided to start on a Natural Desiccated Thyroid hormone. I also did some of the lifestyle changes which was reducing stress (new job, rehomed our dog), focused on better sleep, breathing techniques, cleaner diet, 100% gluten free, and more.
My hormone panel was retested every 6 months and my thyroid was retested every 30-60 days until I got on the right dose. So it was several appointments and tests throughout the last year. Over that year I went off some of the supplements and I just went off the testosterone since it isn't TTC friendly. My sex hormones are starting to look much better now. I still need to get the ratio of E/P down so I am still on progesterone cream (I'm on it all cycle at different doses, except for 2 days before my expected period). My vitamin D made huge improvements and I think for me, that is the key to all of the other things going on in my body. All of the money I have spent with them has been 100% worth it. My body is starting to function again, a lot of my symptoms have gone away or improved greatly. I look back to a year ago and I have no idea how I was even functioning.

TTC#2 April 2019Ugh @puppylove8910 hopefully it was just too early!
@spacemountaineer have a great time at the wedding and visiting with family!
@chichiphin ugh, I am so sorry you are in limbo. That blows.
@puppylove8910 it's still early, I am crossing my fingers for you!
@m6agua my yard is more "overgrown" than peaceful at the moment. One the school year is over (and the pollen isn't so bad!), DH and I can hopefully neaten things up. The deer don't mind it the way it is, though! Hope AF stays far away!
@omg1108 I am so sorry for the bfn and the temp drop.
@whitealbum29 I hope AF doesn't show her ugly face. FX for you!
@ruby696 the sun came out this afternoon, thank goodness! Aren't dress-down days the best? I have one on Friday and I can't wait! Enjoy your long weekend!
@c1kc1kpol1cn1k good luck testing tomorrow!
@c1kc1kpol1cn1k- fx for you tomorrow!
@omg1108- sorry about your BFN
