What healthy habit/s are you working on? No sweets (except on cheat days), drinking more water, and working out
How's it going? No sweets- definitely had a lot of sweets on the cheat day. Fortunately, I'm so sick of sugar I have no temptation to eat it.
working out- I made it to the gym 4 times and walked on the treadmill at home once.
Drinking more water- some days were better than other. I find when I workout on the AMT (see picture in spoiler) I tend to drink a lot more water during my workout.
What’s a “small win” you have from last week? Remember last week when I said I increased my weights? Well I had to dial it back a notch as I started to have severe knee and back pain. It was frustrating to not be lifting the weight I knew I was capable of, but not pushing my body so I could keep working out and prevent injury was a win for me.

It's great for me especially when I do the rowing machine.
@spacemountaineer I definitely understand the frustration of having to dial back to prevent injury
What healthy habit/s are you working on? Eating Paleo, workout, drinking all the water lol
How's it going? Paleo is going ok most days.
Working out: I've had to stop for the past week and half because I fell and injured my calf helping MH which is not great timing since I'm training for a mini triathlon in 2 weeks and a relay race in 4 weeks.
Water: I have days where all I want to do is drink water then some days it makes me sick lol
What’s a “small win” you have from last week? Since I could not work out I find several awesome Paleo recipes to try even desserts!!
GTKY: What is ONE song that you'd put on a workout playlist meant to get your energy up and keep you moving? Havana by Camila Cabello is my current favorite...even better is the Spanish version.
What healthy habit/s are you working on? Keeping up with a yoga practice; buying & eating clean/organic; drinking at least 48 oz/day of water.
How's it going? I felt like I made my water goal more often than it looks like I actually did last week. We desperately need more groceries in the house, so I am ready to restock with organic when necessary/possible and all the good stuff. Me & my credit card will be hitting up the grocery store that has all that stuff today. I do feel like I finally am back into a good yoga routine, so hopefully, since we aren't going anywhere substantial until July as of me getting home from poetry fest yesterday, I can really keep up with that & get to a point where it's every day/almost every day.
What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I did manage to do at least 15 mins of yoga over half the week last week! It was spring break though, so I had the time. (And just got a longer practice in today, so the week is off to a good start!)
GTKY: What is ONE song that you'd put on a workout playlist meant to get your energy up and keep you moving? "Juice" by Lizzo! Her new album just dropped last week & it's SO GOOD, but I've been into this song since my one BFF told me I had to listen to it earlier this year. It's gonna be my "summer jam" (every year I have a summer jam--every year since "Uptown Funk" at least...)

What healthy habit/s are you working on? Eating better, exercising consistently, trying to learn to CHILL AHT.

What’s a “small win” you have from last week? Last week I was bad towards the end of the week. So we aren't talking about that LOL.

Diagnosed with PCOS & Hashimoto's
What healthy habit/s are you working on? Right now I am trying to eat healthier. As much as I would love to go with a low carb diet, it's hard to get the hubs on board. So for now, I'm trying to make conscious decisions to eat less sugar, carbs, and processed foods, and to eat more fruits, veggies, and lean meats.
How's it going? It's a struggle, for sure! I love sugar and carbs, so staying away from those is a hard thing to do. It's even harder when on a tight budget.
What’s a “small win” you have from last week? I ate salad for lunch every day! The low-calorie kind, not packed with tons of added calories.
GTKY: What is ONE song that you'd put on a workout playlist meant to get your energy up and keep you moving? If you have ever seen the John Wick movies, the club scenes have songs from Le Castle Vania. If I had to pick only one song, it would be the "Shots Fired" song by Le Castle Vania. It has a pretty good beat and makes me want to keep moving!
