Low glucose test result

Just got my online results for the one hour diabetes test.. 
Results were 54 mm (3 mmol/l)...
I know that is low...but is it concerning? I called my Obs office and the secretary seemed very busy..i said my results came back low and she just said 'oh that is fine.' and that was it... 
Any thoughts?

    I know this is an old post but any glucose tolerance test 1 or 3 hr with 1-2 under 70mm result means you are suffering from hypoglycemia or chronic low blood sugar. It is a type of pre type 2 diabetes where your pancreas  is over producing insulin. It can possibly  lead to type 1 diabetes should the pancreas stop working completely
