worst constipation experience - EVER

TMI Warning!
i am having twins. my hemoglobin is good, but pesdimist dr. gave me 2x iron tablets ANYWAY n says i might b aneimic any day... so the worst happened 2day... my constipation came from 2 days without bowel movement .... i had taken that Hemp. fiber powder u drink with water the night b4, then again after brkfst. nothing attempted to come out. it got stuck n refused to go in or out...
i was in sooooo much agony i called my dr. she said worse comes to worse, go to the Emergency n they'll have to remove my excements MANUALLY ...
with that horrific pic in my mind, i asked my dr. exactly what do they do.... she said- gloves, lubricant n dig in rectom help pull it out ...
so since i could hardly move, i took a liquid laxativ called Duphalac (which apparently i wasnt supposed to, cuz it brings on Uterine contractions)... but i was desperate to soften the blow of my 1st PUSH...
2hrs later... there i was with gloves n lubricant n i did the unemagenable n helped pull A LOT out. i had the hemroids stick out, so i had to move them out of the way so Stuff could come out ... it worked. no bleeding or tares as a result... still in a lot of pain n dizziness n nausea from the experience. took a shower n slept. come dinner time, i ate a bit, then felt the laxative working n ran to the bathroom. despite a somewhat soft stool, i still had to use gloves n a lubricant, cut the area was swallen n painful.
at the end of it, i drank Gaterade and will later take another sachet of that Hemp fiber n water, so 2mrw i will suffer less. i stopped taking the iron tablet, or at least a few days till i get regular.
