Help choosing a name for baby brother!

Hi guys,
We’ve been frantically searching for a name for our baby boy arriving in May. Our first son’s name is Elton and right now we really like Elliott for baby bro, but we’re concerned that Elton and Elliott May be too similar? We also like Levi; any thoughts? Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated as well.

I love Elliot! Enzo, Ezra are cool also. Are you wanting another E name?

I definitely love names that begin with an E, or at least names that begin with a vowel. I just don’t want it to get confusing either if the name is too similar to Elton’s
