  • @NYTino24 *sending virtual hugs* I'm so sorry timing is not working out for you this week!
@inthewoods23 That is awesome that your kitty is good with travelling!

    Month/Cycle: 1/1

    CD/DPO: 15/4

    Timing: -5, -4, -3, 0 (x2), 2, 3   {Probably not spot on as I don't due any ovulation testing and I'm just basing this on cervical mucus consistency.}

    Typical LP length: no idea

    Testing: nope

R/R: This very stressful month is starting to catch up with me, and I'm worried that a fibromyalgia flareup is imminent. I'm feeling extra exhausted this morning (after plenty of sleep) and my skin is really sensitive to the touch. Already starting to feel some muscle spasms in my usual problem areas. Going to try to take it easy today (maybe I'll do some light yoga) if possible.

    CS/Q: nope

  • @NYTino24 It's frustrating trying to time it every month.  Sorry you're having a crap day.  Hopefully you like your new OB!

@Icking82 I wish I had the patience to even consider not testing!  Hopefully you can enjoy the cocktail party.

@flowntheloop That sounds painful :(  I hope you can get ahead of it before a bad flareup.

    Month/Cycle: TTC since June 2017

CD/DPO: Four days past transfer, so 9DPOish

    Timing: n/a

    Testing: I'll start tomorrow....

R/R: I'm crampy and sore, so that isn't helping my mood.

  • @bakerstreetboys Thanks. I'm hoping I can stay ahead of it too. Most of the time I can manage--but it does require way more self-care than I'd like. I'd prefer to be on my feet and on the move, but I've learned to listen to my body when I start receiving certain signals.

So sorry you are crampy! I like to turn myself into a burrito when I'm cramping!

  • @b_1029 So sorry about your bfn. I think it’s definitely harder when your hopes are up. Huge hugs to you today. I hope you make some time for yourself these next few days. <3 What is the plan moving forward?

  • @flowntheloop I just always feel dumb when I allow myself to be hopeful after so long! Hope your Monday goes quickly as well!

@misshelen86 I would say tell your mom if you all have a close relationship. I was nervous to tell my mom but she has been cool about it other than always trying to be annoyingly positive 😂 sorry for your BFN as well. We have an RE appointment this Friday so we’ll see!
  • @misshelen86
Sounds like a lovely day. Enjoy your time with your mother <3; I must admit I'm slightly envious of your bonding time!

I haven't told anyone but a few very close friends (more like family to be honest), so I know what you mean about wishing you could share with certain people. I'm hesitant to bring it up to anyone (including my older sister, mother, and mother-in-law), as I have no idea how successful I will be in my endeavor. I also don't know how they will react (as I'm 35+ and I think many of them aren't expecting this from me).

@bobbyflies2020 I'm totally with you on not taking any unnecessary meds/risks whilst TTC. Maybe it is a little bit excessive, but I'd rather be safe than sorry! Just as a note though: I was hesitant to take any meds (unless I was REALLY REALLY sick or hurting) way before I started TTC. I'm not anti-medicine AT ALL, but I do think they should be used with discretion.

  • @inthewoods23:  when we moved from TN to TX several years ago, I drove with the cat in his carrier - he meowed pitifully almost the entire time, until somewhere in Louisiana I started feeding him Taco Bell soft taco chicken. Then he was perfectly happy. (Note- I cannot endorse feeding Taco Bell to pets - I’m sure it was terrible for him).
  • @ruby696 Thanks. I'm hoping it will pass quickly as well.

  • @ruby696:  oh, I’m pretty patient for the first 8-9 days but then start going crazy around 10dpo and symptom-spotting, etc. usually end up testing like day 11 or 12.
  • hi! new here, hope I am doing this right!

@NYTino24 ; happy for you to get a new OB, dr's can be so frustrating, hope they will help!

@inthewoods23 cat's are the funniest, you would think mine is being murdered when she goes outside in carrier.

@lcking82 ; tough one, our wedding this weekend was oddly timed, wasn't sure how I would feel about drinking...

@flowntheloop ; I hope you start to feel better

    @bakerstreetboys   FX for you

@b_1029 i'm sorry, I've had lots of friends in your shoes, sending lots of good vibes your way

@misshelen86 ; i'm in the same boat with telling my mom! it's like do I want another person always wondering!

@littleredm Fx your IUI is successful!

@marebear15 omg the donut/veggie tray is a great prank! I would've laughed super hard

@bobbyflies2020 ; retail therapy is the best!

Month/Cycle: 1/1 - had Mirena for 5.5 yrs, removed in Oct, and between letting my body level itself out and a hefty travel schedule finally feel like now is ok

CD/DPO: well I thought I was being a step ahead using an app and OPK - but I'm learning a lot about temping while reading on here... so I don't know if I'm totally right… CD 21/DPO 7-8

Timing: again, just using Flo app and OPK - but -1 and 0 if I timed correctly

Typical LP length: again, if the app is right... 12-13 days?! I thought I knew what I was doing... but now I'm like oh man, so much to learn. I have a pretty normal 26-28 day cycle, using other symptoms to base O timing on.

Testing: 4/4 is where the FRER calc on their site says

R/R: work has not been what I needed it to be Q1 of the year, I'm in sales which is stressful. So I am hoping Q2 picks up. Went to a wedding this weekend and decided to drink and act like normal... just been feeling super weird. I'm not normally a PMS symptom person, but also like is this all in my head?

CS/Q: - I can't figure out what this abbreviation means, help!? thx!

  • @andreamm87 CS/Q stands for Chart Stalk/Questions. So posting your chart in the spoiler and/or if you have questions in relation to your cycle.

@inthewoods23 glad your cat is healthy! LOL to the song of her people  :D

@ruby696 that's definitely how I feel right now. Thank you <3 I'm hoping it helps, too. BOO to being busy but at least the week will fly by, as you said!

@brookert615 heyyyy! I laughed at your "salty little girl" comment to misshelen  :D I'm so glad you had a good weekend with YH and that he's being optimistic! It's so nice to know they care! I had a FB friend post the same thing today and I'm already bracing myself for the "April Fools" later...they already *TW* have 3 kids under the age of 5 or so... so my initial thought was WTF UNFAIR *end TW*
  • @b_1029 It's like Oprah giving away prizes but instead it's been all salty-ness from me LOL. And seriously so not fair! There are so many ways to have funny April Fools jokes. People are so dumb lol.

  • @NYTino24 Sorry you are feeling bad about the timing. =/

@ruby696 I like your optimism about the week going by quickly.

@marebear15 I LOVE that you posted that on facebook. Thank you for doing that. I might steal the idea of posting something like that for today or the future.

    @bobbyflies2020 Yay for online shopping!

@misshelen86 I too never know who to tell what in terms of TTGP--it's so hard to know how they are going to react/treat you once they know.

@inthewoods23 Hope the cat check-up goes well!

    Month/Cycle: 6/5/2AL

    CD/DPO: 17/4

Timing: ff says "good"/yellow light but I disagree & think it wasn't as good as "good."

    Typical LP length: 14-15

    Testing: idk

R/R: With it being Monday AND the first day of April AND waking up (for the last day) in Pacific time, I have so much to catch up on here, but I'll be happy to do that while I'm waiting for my flight/s  today. Great day yesterday with a friend I haven't seen in a while, and then met up with another who I used to work with in NJ. We went thrifting (I bought this AMAZING jacket-- I'll post a pic of it later if anyone wants. it's... kind of outrageous) and drank tea and ate delicious foods and went to the famous bookstore here Powells. Get to see DH & the pups tonight!!!! Hooooray.

CS/Q: O'd two days earlier than I thought I would, which makes this cycle not as much of a bust as I thought it would be! Though my OPKs are giving me "conflicting" results--does anyone know if FF accounts for hyperovulation?

  • @lcking82 if my cat gets fed real chicken or turkey I make sure there is no seasoning on it!

On a side note, she was licking my wrists this morning and I realized that I had spritzed perfume... Is that bad for her? 🤔

@ruby696 never had her teeth cleaned so the treats seem to really work! I know previous visits they've said she had a bit of tartar and recommended brushing. These treats are a win-win I guess since I'm sure she would never want the brushing over the treats.
