Re: Introduce Yourself Here!

  • @legallyelle have you had yearly exams just at your regular dr and not a gyn/OB?

  • @alm52386 no, I’ve never had yearly exams. I’m only 24 though and only been married a year and a half (wasn’t sexually active before that), so it’s not a big deal. I just get anxious about things I’ve never done before! I’m sure it’ll be awkward at first, but I’ll get over it. Lol

  • @ejoseph16 congrats! I'm a 2nd grade teacher currently but 3rd has been my favorite. I cannot wait for Spring Break
  • Hi. I’m Jenna and I’m pregnant with my 3rd. Despite that, I am still awful at all the acronyms on these boards 😂 I am a SAHM and I have a 3 year old son and a 2 year old daughter. I’m a little nervous about what life will look like with 3 kids under 5, but I suppose I’ll find out soon enough!
  • Hi all! My EDD based on LMP is 11/19. I'm 23 and this will be our first little one after a miscarriage in July 2018. My fiancé and I are getting married August 2020 and I'm a first-grade teacher. I am so thrilled to be given another opportunity to have our very own little one 💜
  • Hello, after 4 rounds of IUI (two rounds unmediated; two rounds medicated) I am 6w2d and we have our first ultrasound in a couple of days, at which we will find out if I am carrying a single baby or multiples. This is my first pregnancy.  I've got the scared/excited mentality like you're going to ride the best roller coaster of your life! So blessed, so relieved.
  • EDD 11/12, Very excited! I'm wishing everyone a H & H pregnancy

  • Hello ladies! My name is Mandy! I am 21 years old, married with 2 boys ages: ages 1 and 2! We are so happy to be expecting baby #3 even if it wasn't exactly planned. Hubby and I are really hoping for a girl this time around haha. Based off my first day of my last period my due date should be around November 30th! I have already set my first prenatal appointment for April 10th. I am so exfited to get to know all of you! Ive never really been apart of these groups here on the bump but have always wanted to ☺️
  • Hey Mamas! I'm a stay at home mom to a 13yo daughter and a 2 year old son. (And a Shiba Inu but she's fairly self-sufficient).

My husband is a civil engineer. We've been married for almost 3 years now. Our two year old was a honeymoon baby.

We just found out we're expecting #3 at the end of November. We've been trying for 6 months after a CP last year and just about have up hope when I had a hunch to POAS and there were the two pretty lines!
  • Hello everyone! I am currently 35 and will be 36 in November 2019. My husband is currently 33. This is my first pregnancy and we are excited and also anxious. My EDD according to various apps is Nov 20. My first ultrasound will be April 10 and I'll be able to find out more then!
  • Hi! My edd is 11/6 according to my lmp. I am 34, 35 in September. DH is 35 and this will be our first baby together. We both have daughters from previous marriages who will be 15 and 13 by November! Even though we weren't preventing pregnancy we surely were not trying so this is a huge surprise for us. I am 7weeks 6 days today and have been experiencing very light spotting for 3 days no my I havey first OB apt and US scheduled for next Wednesday. So I'm hoping to see a healthy little sticky bean in there. We have two rescue pups. Penelope is nearly 7 years old and Stella is just about 8 months.
  • Hey there everyone, just got my BFP a few days ago, EDD 11/27 based on LMP. This will be our 4th baby, I’m 31, will be 32 when this LO arrives, and DH will be 38. We’re excited for this little one, but also a little sad because this will be our last baby so I’m just trying to soak it all in!
  • Hi all! Small town Maine girl here. My EDD is 11/12. I'm a FTM and my husband and I are SUPER excited for our little nugget to join our little family (we have two kitties)! We have been married for 2 years in May (together for 6) and I couldn't be any luckier. Excited to join a group of people woth similar due dates!
  • Hi ladies! Im 37 (still feel like 29), STM, son is 21 months, did IVF for again this time and tomorrow will be 2nd U/S at 8 weeks, last U/S last week had my EDD between 11/8 and 11/13, so hopefully they'll be able to narrow it down more tomorrow :) I have my first regular OB appt at 10 weeks and I'm hoping to get the Natera Panorama testing that day to screen for genetic abnormalities and it can tell you the gender based on placental DNA. Last time my OB waited until 12 weeks to get the test but the website says you can get it as early as 9 weeks, anyone getting this test too? Happy pregnancies to all!
  • @knottie19540676d388d8af wow...you and your doctors must have been surprised! I have not been in your situation but I do have PKD (currently have normal kidney function) and had fraternal twins 2 1/2 years ago. They are now healthy toddlers! Best of luck with your pregnancy...I'm sure you will have some great doctors keeping a close eye on you!
  • I guess it’s my turn for the introduction now. Hi there, I’m Kate and I live in Minnesota. I’m 39, husband is 47, we’ve been together 13ish years, married for 6 years this summer. I have two step-daughters (23 and 19) and we have an almost 2 ½ year old together. EDD is Thanksgiving Day (11/28), just two days after our daughter’s third birthday. Wishing everyone here a great and healthy pregnancy, and I look forward to getting to know you 😊
  • Hi guys this is my third due end of November :) I’m a Instagram influencer with tons of giveaways for new mamas;) including cameras, food, healthy stuff, baby registry products! Follow @whatmomsdo
  • Hi everyone! After a week’s worth of glitches it seems I’m finally able to post! I’m 31 and live in Ontario with my husband and my 2 step-kids (8 and almost 11 years old). Found out we were pregnant last weekend after trying to conceive for 6 months - I couldn’t believe my eyes when I took the test! I’m 5w2d, EDD is Nov 27 and so far I overall feel totally fine and would otherwise have no idea I’m pregnant. Might have felt nauseous for the first time yesterday. The one thing is that I seem to have weird acne pop up which I’m not a fan of :(

I still can’t believe this is happening and so I’m shamelessly taking tests pretty much every day until I run out. Wishing all you mamas a happy and healthy pregnancy!
  • Welp, here I am, back again at The Bump forums! Just found out last week that I'm pregnant, and according to the due date calculator, it's Nov 22! This is my third little one, I have 2 girls who were born Jan 2015 and Sep 2011. :) Looking forward to completing our family this year!

  • @greenestacorn I have weird acne too. I never break out, not since I was a teenager. That was one of my pregnancy signs! I have really weird pimples on my shoulders. So strange!
  • @greenestacorn yay for another Ontario mama! 😊

@ejoseph16 same! - I never had an issue with it and now it’s bugging me! 😭 oh well it will be worth it in the end and hopefully our hormones settle a bit:)
  • Hi everyone! I just had my first prenatal apt. :)  My due date is Nov. 1 (though my dad is rooting for Oct. 31 since that's his birthday haha) This is my first, so lots of excitement and nerves. I have 2 furbabies, a cat (Bella) and a dog (Autumn).  By happy accident my sister and I are pregnant at the same time! She's due in September. So I am looking forward to learning a lot and making connections with other expectant moms :)
  • @faeries711 how funny! My older sister and I are pregnant at the same time right now too! Both due in November, she’s 1 week behind me. I guess they’ll be close cousins! Lol
  • Hi everyone! I'm 25 years old and just found out a few weeks ago I'm pregnant with my first. If my estimations are correct, my EDD is 11/17/19 and my first appointment with my OBGYN is at the end of April.

I've been married for going on 4 years and with my SO for about 6 years. We are excited but also extremely nervous/anxious to be first time parents. I've seen a lot of people posting about their hobbies as well. I would say some of my favorite hobbies are playing with my dog, binge-watching netflix/hulu shows, and going to the gym with my husband. A lot of times I need that stress reliever after work. I'm a Life Enrichment Coordinator at a retirement home with 400+ residents so my job can get a little crazy at times.

I'm looking forward to being a part of this community and getting to know all of you :)!
  • Hello,
I’m so happy to be here and look forward to sharing a wonderful journey with you all. I’m due 11/1 with my second child. My children will have an 11 year age gap as I’ve struggled with PCOS infertility for the past 5 or 6 years. I’m in my 30s, work full time, and am also dissertating my PhD. I can’t imagine adding a baby to our already crazy life, but I know it will all work out and be wonderful, if not exhausting.

Because of I’ve been with a fertility specialist, I’ve gotten to have three ultrasounds already, which I’m very grateful for. Next week I switch over to a regular OB for my 10w visit. I can’t wait until the 2nd trimester when things start to feel safer, and when my exhaustion and nausea subside.
  • I like those pics where the women have signs pointing to each other that say sisters and then they wear shirts that say cousins over the bump lol
  • Hi everyone! I am from Washington, this Is my third baby, we have a girl (11) and a boy (7). I am very excited but also nervous because I am 39 and struggle with Hashimoto. My first doctor visit will be next week and EDD Is 11/18.

I love to travel and explore different parts of the world, my next trip will be to Japan. I hope everything will be nice and smooth. I also love music, especially classical one, I play the piano and try to teach my son to play it too, my husband plays cello, drums and guitar and my daughter is a violist.

  • Hi All,

My due date is actually December 1, but December isn't available yet so I figured it was close enough to November. :) I am a teacher and currently live in Canada, but I'm moving back to the States soon because it has taken too long for my husband to get a Visa, and now that I'm pregnant we really just want to live in the same place! We are beyond excited about the baby and can't wait to watch it grow! I love hiking, traveling, exploring new areas, dancing and reading. So nice to meet you all!
  • Hello! My name is Madison, I'm 24, and my husband and I are also expecting our rainbow baby November 22 (MC November 2018). We live in San Antonio, TX with our dachshund mix and are excited to add baby to the mix!  I look forward to getting to know all of you as we travel this journey together!
  • Hello November moms-to-be. My name is Alissa, and my husband and I are expecting our fourth bundle o'joy November 24th. Needless to say, I'll probably pass on cooking Thanksgiving dinner this year... We are extremely excited to add this little one to our young family, which consists of a three-year-old boy and two-year-old twin girls. I am a stay-at-home mom but also help my husband run our home remodel business here in North Carolina.  Life is busy but I wouldn't trade it for the world. This is my first time being about of an expecting mom community and I'm looking forward to making new friends.
  • Hi ladies! Since my FET was 2/28/19, my EDD is 11/17/19. Looking forward to sharing our journeys with one another!
  • Hi!  My name is Nicole. I am going to be 30 in a couple month I have 2 boys ages 5 and 21mo.  According to my LMP my due date is 11/21/19 but I know I ovulated late so I am guessing it’s closer to 11/27/19.   I am in Minnesota and am celebrating my 10yr wedding anniversary this summer too.
  • @megmac2010 Yay! We have the same due date!
