@kbrown2385 - Those days where you can open the windows bring a fresh breath of air to your soul. Enjoy today!
@whitealbum29 - I rarely go out for lunch, so I understand how special it is. Enjoy your amazing lunch!
@holly321 - Have fun on your extended weekend. Any plans for the extra long weekend?
@chichiphin - I'm glad you feel like your body is going back to normal. Have you noticed any hair loss? That was the hardest thing for one of my friends after a late loss. Hope the femometer helps!! That's just like a regular thermometer but it syncs with your app, right?
AFM, I'm just sitting here trying to destress from the last few days. *Check TFAS for the rest of the story.* I wish work would pick back up so I could have something to occupy my brain. But instead I'm here searching medical journals that I barely understand. DH is really falling apart, so I'm trying to be there for him while I'm freaking out myself.
But last night we had takeout (Chinese is his favorite), and I got a workout in, and then some time to ourselves to just relax and destress. It was a nice evening despite the constant worry.

@chichiphin Glad you're feeling good. That's great your pants are fitting better! Hopefully your hormones level out soon .

R/R: Well two day workweek and it's super busy! I honestly don't know where to start because I'm so behind so making a list! Hoping to get to the gym after work and I might escape work on my breaks and go for a walk around the building because today is gorgeous!!!
CS/Q: My chart is very unhappy because I missed some days temping and now I have another cold lol. My advanced OPK has given my third "high" day so I'm a little confused but I'll take it. I O'ed earlier last month and if I O early this month I think I'll be happy lol. Usually I'm CD18! But last cycle had a very confusing ending so all that business better cooperate this month!

@holly321 woohoo! Enjoy your "Friday".
@chichiphin that damn acne! I still get a zit here and there, especially during peak hormone days. I have a friend who asks me why I have them. I don't know, genes and hormones are different for everybody?!
@marebear15 these relaxed evenings are so important. I am glad you are doing it.
@MrsVP614 Isn't it nice to have a "new" wardrobe? This is what I am most looking forward when I lose weight.
@brookert615 don't think about work, go walk!

@rikiteacup keeping you and YH in my thoughts this upcoming week. hoping it is what you guys need and it goes well
@littleredm I'm starting to realize I was lied to a lot about things like this. Acne as an adult. The ease of getting pregnant or lack thereof. All things women's health related lol

Since we are both over 35 and TTC#1, right before the 6 month mark, my H had a sperm analysis done. He had a count of 3 million/ml which is super low. A normal sample should be around 60 million/ml. He made an appointment with a urologist specializing in male fertility. In the meantime, he had another SA done. It was better (9 million/ml) but still way too low for conception to happen naturally. The urologist told him he had a varicocele. When he is standing up, blood in his testicles should go up, away from the testicles. Since his veins are bad, too much blood is staying in his testicles, keeping them warm and killing his sperm. We hope with the surgery, his testicles will stay cool and sperm will be able to live! It took 6 months from calling to make an initial urologist appointment to the surgery. We hope this will be the solution. The urologist said his other SA numbers were good. Fingers crossed. If his count doesn't improve, we will have to to IVF.

WAYDTGKU: So many things
R/R: So many of these too haha. Rant: Got a pedi yesterday, told her I wanted no polish (since I’m avoiding chemicals)—just a good scrub & massage & buff the nails so they shine. My bill was $50! They charged $15 extra for the massage and $5 extra for buff. Rave: My natural toes look so purty! And getting a haircut today so yay for self-care.
CS/Q: FF is confused. I got a yellow light today for the first time ever (after just posting in March Randoms about how I’ve never gotten a yellow light) hahaha. Ummm no FF, the chance to get KU this cycle is clearly long gone.
