Is looks like I lost my lil baby I'm so hurt

I was asking some questions due to me having some bleeding and having a vaginal ultrasound and not seeing baby but my hcg level was showing I was pregnant st 166 well went to dr again and my levels was 116 so dr ordered 1 last ultrasound and blood work to confirm it my heart is so broken I was looking forward to this and being this would be my last baby
