Month/Cycle: 3/2
CD:2
WAYDTGKU: temping, opks, letrozole
R/R: started my period yesterday & unfortunately had a short luteal phase
CS/Q: I'm on the hunt for all things helpful to increase luteal phase length. I vaguely remember doing flaxseed oil and a super b complex in the past, but I don't have any of the doses saved in my brain. If anyone has any ideas, let me know!
DS born 9.17
TFMR 10.19
Month/Cycle: 17/18
CD: 12
WAYDTGKU: OPKs, EPO, maca, more green tea
R/R: I’m sick with a cold or something. Feel like crap and slept like crap. On the plus side, I took cough syrup (with guaifenesin, don’t worry) so maybe it’ll help CM some haha. DH is randomly very eager and I’m not fighting it even though I feel cruddy 🤷🏼♀️
CS/Q: nope. Hoping for a +opk soon.
Eta words
@b_1029 I'm sorry you're not feeling well. FX for lots of CM, at least!
Month/Cycle: 18/10ish
CD: 7
WAYDTGKU: Ava, FF, OPK, CM, baby aspirin, maca, Ubiquinol, Clomid, IUI#1.
R/R: The weather was amazing this weekend and I got to spend so much time outside. We even bbq'd! And... last dose of clomid tonight and US Thursday.
CS/Q: Nope.

@b_1029 - Ugh, sorry you feel crappy especially during your FW. But hopefully the cough syrup will help!

WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, PNV, baby aspirin, B6, B-complex, no caffeine or alcohol, HIO SMEP?, I'm thinking about EPO and I need to find folate
R/R: DH came down with a fever over the weekend, so I spent it mostly taking care of him. I did get to run off and have coffee with a friend on Saturday, and that was so nice to just escape from everything around me and in my head right now.
CS/Q: Those who use EPO, do you take it until confirmed O?
CD: 2
WAYDTGKU: Prenatals, BBT, OPK and RLT when I remember it.
R/R: We had a nice weekend. Didn't get to do half the stuff we wanted. Also, I need to go back to tracking on WW. I gained 10 lbs since last August
CS/Q: AF came right on time.

@ruby696 it was such a nice weekend. Glad you had a good one.
@marebear15 that's sweet of you to take care of YH. Mine got me sick so we have had to take turns being caretaker. It's his turn right now. I keep reminding him he did this to me.

CS/Q: I'm thinking about starting SMEP, any advice or suggestions on books to read?
@ruby696 glad you enjoyed the nice weather! It was 33 here but should be in the 60s next weekend. Sounds crazy.
@marebear15 waht is EPO?
@maserrano714 so sorry to see you here. SMEP has a website you can read. I went there when everybody was doing it last December.

Bit of a long rant here....
So then it was decided that we would all go back to the store to look at the TV my SIL was considering (we had all gone in 1 car). We had no problem with that because we have nothing else to do for the day. We wandered about the store because SIL only wanted her dad's opinion - I get it, sometimes having more people makes it harder to decide.
We found out later back at my IL's house that SIL was acting like a bit of a B while at the store, enough that her BF actually pulled her by the arm and told her to knock it off and that he won't marry her unless she goes and talks to somebody (they are not currently engaged). Honestly, them breaking up would be a win-win to us. We don't like her BF for various reasons, plus the workings of their relationship are unhealthy for a number of reasons and SIL really needs a dose of reality that her behavior is not okay and that she does need help and to stop being so stuck up. This guy is her first real serious BF and from day 1 has been saying he's going to marry her (red flag to us) but if he's now putting this condition of her talking with someone before they get married, you can tell he's getting sick and tired of it. I hope it ends soon because good lord!!
CS/Q: should probably pick up temping soon. AF was much shorter this time around
Dx: low morph (1%), ANA positive, low decidualization score, high TSH and testosterone, histone antibodies

@b_1029 So sorry you're feeling cruddy! Hope you can get some energy soon! Yay for YH being so eager!!!
@ruby696 That's wonderful you were able to enjoy the weather this weekend!
@marebear15 I never heard of EPO but just looked it up! Sorry YH is under the weather but very sweet of you to take care of him! Glad you were able to enjoy time with your friend!
@rikiteacup Glad you had a nice weekend! Sorry about the weight gain, but you got this!!! Don't be too hard on yourself!
@maserrano714 So sorry about the cold! Hope you feel better soon!
@Spartanrd4 Good luck with the OPKs!

R/R: Busy day ahead! Going to chiropractor after work and then have a "workout" that I won with a trainer at my gym. Hoping I packed enough food for the day lol. We have family coming in this weekend so DH and I got a hotel by where they'll be for two nights. It was going to be my predicted FW but with things getting so funky with my cycle I don't think it will hash out that way. I'm hoping I can make good decisions with my diet during their visit since this is the last two weeks of my FighterDiet challenge and I want to finish strong!

@marebear15 yep, I just take it until confirmed O. Hope YH is feeling better! I'm glad you were able to get out for a bit and have fun on Saturday.
@rikiteacup weekends always get away from us, don't they?! I'm glad you all had a good one. And boo, I know! We only ever overlap a couple of days, super lame.
@maserrano714 thank you! Sorry to hear you're sick too, I hope you feel better soon. As far as SMEP, I just googled it and read the stuff on their website.
@inthewoods23 wow that sounds like a bad relationship. I hope your SIL wises up soon and dumps him.
@brookert615 Hope you guys still fully enjoy the hotel, maybe stay away from semi-public pools though?
@maserrano714 I've done SMEP and had mixed results. *TW* bfp mentioned - I've had better luck when I HIO two days before I ovulate. That's kind of hard to time since my cycles aren't perfectly regular and only something I see in hindsight.
@inthewoods23 I hope your SIL gets some help and then breaks up with her boyfriend. Win-win for you!
@brookert615 Have you thought of vitamins B6 and B12? My RE has be taking both. I think B6 helps with conception and B12 helps prevent miscarriage - I think that's because the B complex vitamins include folic acid and you should be taking them all? You might want to ask your doctor or Google if you're interested.
@Spartanrd4 I hope you get some positive OPK's soon!

R/R: I start my volunteer shift at the library today so I finally get to find out what I'm doing. After that is Candytopia with DH. Then tomorrow I go in for my base ultrasound and blood work for the IUI. Right now I have my dog being all snuggly in my lap so soaking in this moment until I have to get up and get ready.
CS/Q: not yet.
@maserrano714 - SMEP is pretty easy, just HIO EOD until positive OPK, then HIO ED three days in a row, skip one, and one last time. I like the formula.
@Spartanrd4 - Hopefully you'll have an early O this week!
@inthewoods23 - Huge eye roll to your SIL. She sounds like a person that would get on my nerves.
@brookert615 - You can finish your diet strong! You've been doing really good!
@marebear15 she is more often than not an irritating person to be around.

@ruby696 Good call! I actually need to talk to my doctor about a supplemental one because apparently it's in my PNV but since I'm on Metformin it depletes the B in my system. I'm just being silly thinking that the PNV is enough B!
@littleredm Thanks! Enjoy your volunteer shift today and Candytopia!!! Hope everything goes smoothly tomorrow at your appointment! So cute about your pup!

@rikiteacup Sorry for CD 2. Don’t be too hard on yourself about the weight gain. It can be such a hard thing to stay on top of.. especially in the winter!
@maserrano714 Hope you feel better soon. I followed the SMEP guidelines on the website, but with my schedule I just modify a little.
@Spartanrd4 Hope you get your positive OPK soon!
@inthewoods23 Wow drama llama! Definitely sounds like your SIL needs to get some help.
@brookert615 That is a busy day! Just 2 more weeks to go of your diet- you got this!

marebear15 it was 7 or 8 days. I say or because on the morning of the 8th day I had restless sleep and my temp was high at it's normal time, but when I took it a few hours prior it was low. So I decided to wait until the next day high temp to say 1dpo. I agree with waiting to talk to the doctor, I think right now I'm going to try the vitamin b, flaxseed and vitamin c that I have done in the past.
