How long are your 2-3 month old's naps?

I can only get 45-minute naps out of him, and I think he gets overtired at the end of the day because of it. The nap length is pretty much the same regardless of if it's in the swing or swaddled in the pack n play (which is how he sleeps at night).

Any suggestions to lengthen naptime?

45 minutes sounds about right to me! Sometimes, she'll sleep an hour and a half if I'm lucky.

DS naps for about 1.5-3 hours during the day and is up between naps longer than usual lately, about 2 hours. The only other thing I do that you didn't mention is we feed him a couple oz before putting him down and give him a paci.

Evan seems to be a cat napper. He tends to take 3 or 4 1/2 hour to 45 minute naps at daycare & then he naps longer when he is home with us. Probably about an hour or 2 once he's home.

Only time we get more than 45 minutes is in the swing, I usually try for 2 naps in the swing and 2 naps in the crib each day. In the swing I usually wake her up after 2 hours, this morning I fell asleep and she had been sleeping for 3 hours (in the swing of course)!
