WAYDTGKU: Prenatal vitamins, Fertility Friend, temping, OPKs, HIO, SMEP, red raspberry leaf tea and cutting down on alcohol (although after this week I feel like I need a huge margarita or some kind of fruity drink that ends in "tini")
R/R: Yesterday was one of those days where I just wanted to bang my head against the wall while grading quizzes. A whole bunch of my students have been out sick/on vacation, and since it's the end of the term I have to scramble like a madwoman to get them caught up in time to finish their report cards. My rave, oddly enough, is that I have a dentist appointment after school so at least I will be forced to lie down and chill for a little bit today! 🤣
CS/Q: 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Still no O and temps went down again. The ttc stress got to DH and I last night. I am not feeling optimistic about this cycle or the future right now.
@emeraldduchess I never understood how families could take vacations in the middle of the school year. Then again my family just never really went on vacations. I would hate to have to catch up what I missed as a student.
Month/Cycle: 21/20

WAYDTGKU: scheduling a consult for IVF
R/R: I actually feel happy this morning so I guess I'm out of my funk! Must be the warmer weather. We'll be almost 60 today! DH and I had another talk while at work and he's still in a funk, but doing better too. I must have sent him 10 gifs to get him to smile or laugh. I think he's agreed to a mini weekend vacation away soon so hopefully that does happen.

@emeraldduchess Ohhhhh....a fruity drink does sound nice
@inthewoods23 So happy you're in higher spirits!!! Enjoy that weather! Mini vacations are the best!!!
Month/Cycle: 8/8
CD: 6
WAYDTGKU: Metformin (for PCOS), Armour Thyroid (for Hashimoto's), PNVs, Vitamin C & D, Kelp, Calcium, OPKs, Temping, FighterDiet, RLT, Taking suggestions...
R/R: It's THURSDAY! I am finally back to the weight I was before my weekend pity binge so I'm feeling good about that. Not to mention some girls at work were complimenting me saying that my clothes are barely staying on me! I really needed that so hopefully that fuels my workout tonight after work!
CS/Q: This is a rant so I apologize! Honestly... not sure what's going on with my cycle. I keep thinking about it and now I'm questioning if my I got spotting or just a light flow last week and if it was even AF? Maybe I'm still in my LP? So I might take some time to figure this out. If so I haven't had a cycle this long since before my PCOS diagnosis. I keep POAS for some silly reason when I KNOW that I wouldn't be able to turn a test anyways but just so confused. I really wish I temped more last cycle/this cycle. I keep getting cramps, though! Ahhhh!

@misshelen86 enjoy your week off! Any fun plans?
@emeraldduchess sorry about the TTC stress. I totally understand not feeling hopeful. I'll join you in the drink this weekend - a margarita sounds amazing right now! Hope you're able to relax during and after your appt today.
@inthewoods23 I'm glad you're ok today and that YH seems to be cheering up a bit. Hopefully you all are able to get away soon and enjoy some quality time together!
@brookert615 good job on getting back down to your starting weight! That's great that others are noticing! BOO to your confusing cycle. I hope you're a magical unicorn and are somehow KU
Month/Cycle: 17/18

WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPKs, CM, EPO, sort of green tea / RLT (as in, I'm drinking it, but in no set quantity or discipline ha), hormone balancing supplement, rain dances, worshipping the goddess of fertility, etc.
R/R: not much today. Busy at work, exhausted, and we're under a tornado watch. It's so windy! But right now, it's really nice out. The calm before the storm later. I'm hoping for a solid thunderstorm - I love them!
CS/Q: nope!

@emeraldduchess I never knew how much absences affect teachers until I became friends with one. I'm sorry things are hectic right now. Only a couple months to go...
@brookert615 Love that you're feeling good in your clothes again, keep it up!
@b_1029 FX you get your thunderstorm. I love them too. But tornado watch sounds terrifying!
Month/Cycle: 18/10ish
CD: 3
WAYDTGKU: All the things.
R/R: I had an US this morning to count follicles and I only have 3 on each side. I'm so bummed. My RE doesn't seem hopeful for a successful IUI without FSH injections, so this cycle seems like it's going to be a throw away.
CS/Q: Nope.
@inthewoods23 I’m so glad to hear you’re feeling happier today! Hopefully YH can get there soon too, now that you have a new plan.
@ruby696 I’m sorry about the number of follicles. I had that same sinking feeling when I had almost identical results. Have you tried DHEA? It increases the number of follicles & health of the eggs. You can find it at any health food store, Whole Foods, etc. My naturopathic dr says it’s great to take in general as we age because it increases cell energy.
@brookert615 Yay for clothes feeling better! Sorry for the long confusing cycle. Have you tried Vitex (aka chasteberry) to normalize your cycle? I ran out this month & my cycle went back to weird.
@misshelen86 Hope the drive is NBD. What is different about fertility yoga?
@emeraldduchess Ugh, sorry about that. Grading before a break was always the worst, but at least you’re getting it out of the way and won’t be grading during your break! Good luck.
@b_1029 Love your efforts! I totally believe in talking to the little spirit up in the heavens/ out in the universe & inviting it to come into our lives. Whatever works!
Month/Cycle: 10/5/2 AL (I totally had this wrong all last month)
CD: 1
WAYDTGKU: FF, BBT, Folate PNV, Extra Iron, Vit D, Fish Oils/DHA, Vitex, Ubiquinol, DHEA, adding back in Maca powder—making sure I do everything that helped last time instead of running out/ slacking off. I think I’m even gonna cut out my decaf coffee because it makes the body too acidic. Gonna try an anti-inflammatory diet next few weeks.
R/R: Rave: I’m alive & grateful.
CS/Q: Nothing to see here.
@keikilove Sorry about CD 1. In addition to the benefits of regular yoga, it’s a gentle yoga that increases blood flow to the pelvis, helps to regulate the endocrine system and works a lot with the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress. It focuses on certain poses depending on where you are in your cycle.
