I need your eyes!

I need someones eyes....my RE told us yesterday at our 6 week scan that we could possible be having identical twins. Does anyone see something I'm not?! I should've asked yesterday but I was in shock. They then said it could be a shadow but they wanted to plant the seed that it could be twins.  HELP ME!

    @austinbwalker first I would edit your photo and your name... stranger danger is real and all your info is out there.... from this image all you can see is a yolk sac.  6 weeks is super early so I think your just going to have to wait and see.

    Looks like one to me.  It was very clear at our 6 wk 3 day ultrasound that we were having twins.
    MFI and (now) AMA
    IVF 1 April 2011 - Cancelled
    IVF 1.5 July 2011 - MC
    IVF 2 October 2011 - BFP!
    *Identical Twin Boys born June 2012*
    Here we go again...IVF 3 is underway!

    I would trust a trained professional MD before internet strangers.  He said POSSIBLE, so wait, be patient until they can confirm.
