  • Month/Cycle: 4/4

    CD: 1

WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, OPK, Maca, PNV, Vitex, B complex, B6, D, magnesium, selenium, Omega3, baby aspirin

R/R: I’m so disappointed at how low my temps have been and how short my LP has been. I’m starting to worry. I’m taking like all of the supplements and doing all of the things I can. Just have to hope this cycle will be different and / or wait until my appointment with my new OB in April to discuss what to do if this continues. Don’t wanna jump to any conclusions, but age isn’t on my side and I don’t wanna wait too long either. Right after AF showed, a rainbow appeared in my kitchen. I’m trying to take that as a sign to count my blessings and that good things are on the way or *TW* our angels are watching over us.*

  • @brookert615 we all have those cycles where the arrival of CD1 hits especially hard. Hope you can do something nice for yourself today! 💙
  • I go here now. 🙂

    Month/Cycle: 2/2 (1 AL)

    CD: 12

WAYDTGKU: BBT, PNV, going to try HIO ED but feasibility totally depends on how long it takes me to o 😀

R/R: We are currently going through a giant landscaping project. It was supposed to take 2 weeks. Week 2 just ended and there’s still about 1.5 weeks of work left thank to mother nature’s refusal to cooperate. 😡 But the work they’ve done so far is proving very effective. Got almost .7 inches of rain last night and there’s not a mud pit in sight (yay for my floors with dogs in the house)! And no standing water against the house or eroding away dirt against foundation at downspouts. But that’s it. Only some functional work completed so far, nothing pretty.

CS/Q: Let’s see if I can do my first spoiler. I typically o CD 16/17 but as early as 14 or as late as 19.

  • How in the world did I do that yellow box?! 😂 At least my spoiler worked!

@NYTino24 so sorry AF showed. I hope after this cycle you don’t need answers at your April appointment!

@emeraldduchess hope you get to feeling better! At least you’re not totally knocked down and can get some grading done. Glass half full?

@brookert615 sorry for your CD 1. Bad eating days are totally ok as long as they don’t become a habit so don’t be too hard on yourself. What are you doing exercise wise?
  • @brookert615 So sorry, lady. Keep working that diet and good things will happen.
@_khaleesi Glad the problem has improved! Did you see the GOT trailer? I haven’t yet and everyone is talking about it!

  • @_khaleesi I’m curious how you got the yellow box! Sorry your landscaping project it’s taking longer than anticipated but that’s good that you’re already seeing things improve! I’m doing a program by FighterDiet... just lifting splits and everything!

  • @NYTino24 I have not seen the trailer. I’m kinda over all the teaser articles and clips. I’m just “gimme the queen of dragons and king of the north NOWWWWW!!!”. We are rewatching the series like we do before each new season. We try to time it so that we watch the last episode of previous season right before the new season’s first episode.

@brookert615 I have noooo idea how I did that! It actually appeared in my reply box when I was trying to do the spoiler. When I tried to remove it, it just deleted what I had typed so I left it. 🤷‍♀️ FighterDiet looks cool! How long have you been doing it? I’m currently doing New Rules of Lifting for Women and skinnytaste.com has been my go to recipe source for years!
  • @_khaleesi That’s too funny! Things are hard on bump mobile! I did FighterDiet for a few years starting in 2014 and got off track for my wedding but now I’m back haha. A lot of food and a lot of lifting but it’s really the only thing that’s worked for me! I love skinnytaste! Their honey balsamic pork roast recipe is one of my faves! I’ve never heard of New Rules for Lifting!

  • @_khaleesi I LOVE the recipes on Skinnytaste!  The banana blueberry baked oatmeal is soooo good!
  • Ugh, AF is terrible and so was my sleep. I had hot and cold flashes all night and they’re continuing today. No fever, but I feel junky. I hope it’s my body fighting something vs a hormonal issue. Dr. Google is freaking me out.
