Re: WTO Tuesday 3/5
Month/Cycle: 8/7 (second cycle AL)
CD:11
WAYDTGKU: Prenatal vitamins, Fertility Friend, temping, OPKs, HIO, SMEP, red raspberry leaf tea, cutting down on alcohol.
R/R: Back to school after a cozy snow day. I predict indoor recess today, so I will probably be in rough shape this afternoon!
CS/Q: Still a hot mess...
CD: 17
WAYDTGKU: BBT, OPK, PNV, ubiquinol, Keto diet
R/R: Back to work today. I am grateful for my snow day yesterday, but blah about going back to work today. Every time I think I am feeling better, I start feeling sick again.
CS/Q: I think today is O day, but I am going to have a tough time confirming that with my discarded temps. Temp this morning was slightly above my typical post-o temps, but my temps have been all off due to illness. But overall my chart looks identical to last month, so I am guessing today is the day.
Month/Cycle: 28/1 AL
CD: 16
WAYDTGKU: all the things
R/R: was able to take some muscle relaxers last night and my back is feeling a little better today. Dh is too sweet, sometimes I think I don’t deserve him. He came home from work and took care f everything, without complaint.
CS/Q: I don’t know if I’ll ever o
@kerco925 I'm glad you got a snow day too! And good luck over in the TWW.
@kbrown2385 your hubby sounds so sweet! I hope you enjoyed your evening off.
Month/cycle: 9/10
CD: 11
WAYDTGKU: 🍳🍳🍳🍳🍳
R/R: Welp, this is turning out to be a hectic week. We have an important meeting on Thursday and that means I have lots to do before then. The week is going by so fast already!!
CS/Q: still not super interesting.
@kbrown2385 glad your back is feeling better. It’s always nice to have a supportive partner!
@jennifer_louise good luck with the meeting!
Month/Cycle: 4
CD: 17 here as well
WAYDTGKU: Benched... fertiliTEA, OvuSense temping, Maca, PNV, DH supplements, opks,
R/R: thinking about going back to school. Super nervous at the prospect though!
CS/Q: chart looks awful. Between missed temps and spikes it’s useless.
@kerco925 - Yay for O day!
@kbrown2385 - You keep that good man around
@jennifer_louise - You can make it through this hectic week! At least it's flying by for you.
@madcouplewithabox - What would you go back to school for?
Month/Cycle: 11/10 (2 AL)
CD: 14
WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, PNV, baby aspirin, B6, B-complex, no caffeine or alcohol, HIO
R/R: Having a pretty bad TTC day. I had to do a genetic test for my heart condition, and I went back to the place I had my blood draw for my lowering betas. It brought back a lot of memories. Also, the news that my insurance doesn't cover any IF testing or treatment has me really discouraged. We haven't saved anything for that path, so we probably won't be able to pursue any treatment for several months, maybe even a year.
CS/Q: Restless night and I got up 1.5 hours before I temped, so I discarded it.
CD: (Edited because OMG, I was looking at the date and not my actual cycle day!) 4
WAYDTGKU: PCOS diet, exercise. Prenatal vitamins. Still waiting to hear back from my OB so I can order Inositol and Red Raspberry Leaf tea. Re-reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I read it several years ago before I was initially diagnosed with PCOS.
R/R: I've been slowly adjusting to this PCOS diet and I really like it. I had the yummiest frittata that the leader gave us, and I want to make it again. I ate it before I worked out last night and it really helped my energy levels. However, I'm really getting nervous about my cycles. I haven't had a period in three years and it came back with a vengeance on Friday after we removed the IUD.
CS/Q: Can somebody give me a little more detail about Red Raspberry Leaf tea? When do you take it? I know it helps your cycle, but do you take it the whole time? Ugh...so many things I forgot about from the book, so now I'm trying to get it going.
@marebear15 hugs today 💜. I'm sorry about the news about your insurance. Thankfully ours is okay (although I haven't looked into the specifics quite yet-still a bit in denial). IKWYM about trying to save money too, I'm always bugging DH since he's spending a lot of money on our basement remodel. I don't think that should be a priority atm. I sincerely hope you don't need to worry about it anymore, and that this is your cycle.
@binkiesandbiceps I don't have many answers for you about RLT, but I **think** you take it during the follicular phase. I can tell you that it's quite delicious if you like black/green tea.
@marebear15 I’m sorry about the insurance situation. Mine really only covers diagnostics. Im sure your ob can put the blood tests in that way so it’s not showing up as infertility testing. I’d talk with the billing people and see what they say.
It's from her cookbook! Let's check and see if I can get the spoiler box to work...
CD: 1
WAYDTGKU: synthroid for hashimotos, CB digital opks, PNV, Fertility Friend, temping, pineapple core after O. This month DH is going to try taking fertilaid and I'm going to take Coq10 and fish oil as well as progesterone cream after O. Throwing the kitchen sink at this cycle I think.
R/R: Bummed about AF but at least the Game of Thrones trailer came out today!!!
CS/Q: Nope
@marebear15 Sending all my love your way, friend. So sorry about the insurance not covering it. Sometimes doing third party testing is cheaper than paying out of pocket. Have you seen that Modern Fertility? It keeps popping up for me and it looks reasonable. Maybe something to get some answers.
@emeraldduchess Glad you had a good snow day!!!
@kbrown2385 Happy to hear you're feeling better! So sweet of YH! Sorry about O frustrations!
@jennifer_louise For some reason I want fried eggs? LOL. Sorry you're having a hectic week, at least it's flying! But hopefully you'll be able to get a chance to relax!
Diagnosed with PCOS & Hashimoto's
CD: 9
WAYDTGKU: PNV, cm/cp, hio, procrastinating OPKs one more month
R/R: we get to go to a marriage retreat this weekend! The spots were full but they had a couple couples drop out so we are going to San Antonio! By my calculations it should be in my FW so hotels are good for that lmao
CS/Q: does anyone use Ovia? I feel like the prediction for my FW is weird. Mine seems to indicate that O should be on CD 20. And my cycle is only 28-30 days. So I’m just meh about their projection
CD: 6
WAYDTGKU: right now, metformin and attempting to temp. Adding more medication soon. Not wasting money on OPKs unless I can confirm ovulation for even a single cycle. I’m usually anovulatory without further medication.
R/R: Waiting for AF to go away. It’s been particularly awful following a 53 day cycle and two days of Provera. Bleh. PCOS is annoying.
CS/Q: Nope

@kerco925 I hope you feel better soon! Hopefully those temps behave themselves enough to determine o.
@kbrown2385 yay for a supportive husband! Glad he stepped up when you needed it!
@jennifer_louise lol @ making eggs. I hope a hectic week isn’t a stressful week!
@marebear15 so sorry it’s been so rough lately. Hoping for better news for you soon!
@binkiesandbiceps I’m glad your new diet feels right. Big changes like that can be so hard, so good for you for making it work!
@Spartanrd4 sorry about cd1. Good for you to be channeling your energy onto to new strategies. Way to keep it positive!
@MrsJessS enjoy the retreat! A hotel is a nice change of setting.
Month/Cycle: 10

WAYDTGKU: SMEP, temps, opk, pnv, no booze or caffeine
R/R: hubby had a rough day yesterday, but he wants this to happen as much as I do, and boy, he got himself together fast to keep up our bd streak. And it didn’t feel forced either! Hopefully we can have a repeat tonight!

@kbrown2385 YH is so sweet! It’s so great when they step up for you when you need it!
@marebear15 I’m so sorry about your news 😔
@MrsJessS your retreat sounds wonderful! I’ve always wanted to do one of those! I can’t wait to hear how it is!
@begging4abump your chart made me giggle! Glad to know we aren’t the only couple that HIO like crazy people once that FW is open!

R/R: ok, not that I don’t love you all and our fun conversations lately, but can I just O already? The blinker smiley face was fun the first few days. Now I’m just annoyed by it. Lol. In positive news, I’m starting to recognize the difference in CM. Finally!
